To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to formally document and report serious and ongoing concerns involving suspected interference with my communications, possible unauthorized access to or compromise of my electronic devices and financial affairs, sexual harassment, coercive intimidation, privacy violations, and hostile housing conditions affecting my safety, privacy, and quiet enjoyment of my residence.
