SUMMARY OF INCIDENT On February 18, 2026, I was required to re-register my Y*b*co physical security keys for the fourth time since February 15, 2026 in order to restore functional access to my Apple iCloud account under Sign-In & Security → Two-Factor Authentication → Security Keys.
