I am writing to provide a supplemental update to my prior complaint submission regarding the Amazon delivery issue referenced in my incident report (Jan 4–Jan 7, 2026). I have now received the missing items.

Order details (now received):

• Order #: 112-448****-59*****

• Order placed: December 31, 2025

• Order total: $137.90

• Items received (in one parcel):

1. NETGEAR Nighthawk Dual-Band WiFi 7 Router (RS100)

2. Bamllum Rubber Kitchen Dishwashing Gloves (4 pairs)

Condition / delivery concern (package found opened):

• The parcel was left opened in the mailbox foyer/common area of my building.

• I am attaching photographs documenting the parcel condition as found and the delivery label.

Tracking discrepancy (important clarification):

• The original USPS tracking number previously shown in my Amazon tracking/history was:

9361 2897 **** **** **** 01

• The package I physically received was labeled with a different USPS tracking number:

9361 2897 **** **** **** 97

• Both items were delivered together in the same USPS parcel under the latter tracking number.
