In 2003, I had entered into a mutually agreed coordination through communications, agreements, validity of service understanding contract and neutral trusts with Mr. Pierce (my neighbor) and his sons in order to replace my garage roof shingles for a fixed cost of a $1,000 dollars and, I had agreed upon and given Mr. Pierce in an advance amount of $450 dollars in order to purchase my garage shingles and tarpaulin (“tarps”) materials in which, he had supposedly purchased from a nearby Home Depot (big box) store on an alleged generated receipt. And, Mr. Pierce had stored those purchased shingles and tarps materials inside my garage until my scheduled validity of service date[s] were performed by way of Mr. Pierce and his son. In order to remove my old shingles and install new shingles and tarps onto my garage roof. And, Mr. Pierce and his son and I had a mutually agreed coordination through communications in which, created our neutral trusts for Mr. Pierce and his son to perform a service or duty within two (2) weeks from our scheduled validity of service date[s]. Well, you will probably guess correctly that Mr. Pierce and his son had not performed their mutually agreed verbalized contractual agreements which had broken trusts coordination through communications between Mr. Pierce and his son and I, as scheduled from our validity of service date[s], as mutually agreed. In fact, Mr. Pierce and his son had on a few occasions breached on their verbalized contractual agreements, as mutually agreed to perform a service or duty on my behalf. Therefore, our mutually agreed verbalized contractual agreements and created trusts were broken and, I had no further coordination through communications, agreements, validity of service in any new understanding or re-negotiations were no longer available for Mr. Pierce and his son and I because Mr. Pierce and his son had intentionally nullified our verbalized contractual agreements and, neutral trusts from their absence of validity period, no show. And, I had felt, it is time for me to seek my garage roof shingles removal, new shingles, and tarps installations performance of services from a legitimatized license company.

A few months later, near the end of the summer in 2003, my next door neighbor Mr. Hill who had a mutually agreed  coordination through communications, agreements, validity of service understanding contracts and neutral trusts with the Home Specialists’ Service Company in removing his old shingles and installing his new shingles and tarps onto his home and garage roofs. I had noticed, how well, the Home Specialists’ Service Company had efficiently performed Mr. Hill new shingles and tarps installations with absolute professionalism in services or duties. And, I had politely walk over to Mr. Hill home and I had knock onto his door and asked him, if he did not mind, me asking him, if I could speak to the person who was supervising the Home Specialists Services Company’s team in removing and installing his home and garage roofs shingles and tarps. Mr. Hill had replied to me your request is not a problem and, Mr. Hill call, the Manager who was supervising the Home Specialists Services Company’s team and, the Manager was working on top of Mr. Hill’s home roof shingles installments when Mr. Hill call out to him. Well, the Home Specialists Service Company’s manager stated that I was in luck, and he had quoted me at this time of reference of $1,500 dollars for the removal of my old shingles and the installations of my new shingles and tarps onto my garage roof. And, the Home Specialists Service Company’s manager and I had established a mutually agreed coordination through communications, agreements, validity of service understanding contract and neutral trusts including using my garage shingles and tarps materials already purchased and stored into my garage. Furthermore, the Home Specialists Service Company’s manager and I had scheduled my validity of service date[s], the very next day. And, the Home Specialists Service Company’s manger and his team show up the very next day, and the Home Specialists Services Company’s team had completed their performance of services agreements and neutral trusts in the removal of my old shingles and installing my new shingles and tarp onto my garage roof was completed, as mutually agreed, coordinated through communications, validity of services were understood and their trust was reliable for services rendered, and it was my pleasure to pay, the Home Specialists Services Company's team, what we had agreed upon in the amount of $1,500 dollars and, I had written in a personal check for which, my cancel personal check was evidence of our verbalized contractual performance of services agreements and neutral trusts was completed, as agreed.

The End.
