We should analyzes our historical past and present in coordination between voluntary parties from our online picture images onto your Edx.org account, Massive Open Online Course (“MOOC”) for the Contract Law: from Trust to Promise to Contract (HLS2) lecture filmed video.  In which, eight (8) college students are sculling in water and, each college student has two (2) oars to form a rowing circular motions; in order to propel their thin boat through the water. And, these eight (8) college students are well practiced athletes who[m] is [are] sculling through the water amazingly fast inside of their thin boat with an oars is as followed:

  [1]

Now, what would happen, if one (1) of the college student out of the eight (8) college students sculling through the water inside of their thin boat thought, those other seven (7) college students were not going fast enough and, those other seven (7) college students needed to speed up in their rowing circular motions momentums with their oars. Meanwhile, another college student needed to scratch his or her left ear causing him or her sculling momentum with his or her oars into the water to decrease in speed propulsion temporarily by ways of letting go of his or her pair of oars for a few seconds.  And, what would happen is those eight (8) college students sculling through the water inside a thin boat with their oars in coordination would break down from the one (1) college student who had let go of his or her pair of oars. In order for the one (1) college student to scratch his or her left ear for a few seconds that drastically reduced their momentum propulsion in rowing coordination for sculling through the water in a circular rhythmic motions that synchronized them into conformities together in their thin boat.

In our analytical review towards evaluating coordination in which, those eight (8) college students who[m] is [are] sculling through the water inside of their thin boat picture image (shown above) is incomparable to the famous illustrated painting of the “Champion Single Sculls (Max Schmitt in a Single Scull)” by Thomas Eakins from which, the male in the painting is a single sculling individual rower along in his thin boat who can either slow down or speed up his sculling coordination momentums through the water from his rhythmic circular motions with his oars synchronized to his physical abilities is not a problem in comparison to those eight (8) college students who[m] is [are] sculling through the water inside of their thin boat is as followed:

  [2]

What is the Difference?

These eight (8) college students sculling through the water inside of their thin boat can go much faster in a rhythmic motions and momentums through rowing coordination techniques that synchronized together. And, each college student sculling through the water together inside of their thin boat must go at the coordinated same speed which synchronized together. You may ask, how do you get a group of eight (8) college students sculling through the water inside of their thin boat together moving in a circular rhythmic synchronized coordinations? Well, there are different ways to get eight (8) college students sculling through the water inside of their thin boat together moving in a circular rhythmic synchronized coordinations. In the picture example shown below is one (1) way in the times of reference when the Greco-Roman would have three hundred (300) galley slaves rowing with their oars inside a gallery ship while those drummers are beating their drums. In order to provide those galley slaves rowing with their oars to keep them into a circular rhythmic coordination movement which synchronized conformities together while rowing with their oars. And, another person standing near those galley slaves rowing with their oars holding a whip and, if anyone galley slaves rowing with their oars goes off their rhythmic coordination movements from circular synchronized motions than those galley enslaved person will be whipped in order to keep him in rhythmic synchronized coordination to the beating of the drums.

  [3]

Our story is about the Greco-Roman galley slaves rowing with their oars inside a gallery ship while drummers are beating their drums; in order to provide those galley slaves rowing with their oars into a rhythmic coordination synchronized circular motions into conformities together is similar to, in fact. I (Professor Fried) think, our story is exactly like those eight (8) college students who[m] is [are] sculling through the water inside of their thin boat rowing with their oars through the water in a circular rhythmic coordination synchronized motions and techniques into conformities together. As a freed people rather than the Greco-Roman galley slaves who[m] had suffered from the Greco-Roman “Force of Will” into rowing their oars in coordinations to those beating of the drummers rhythmic coordinated drums. We are having this discussion about Greco-Roman men coordinating their “Force of Will” in an acts of activities against one (1) or more enslaved galley persons who[m] is [are] rowing with their oars in a circular rhythmic coordination that synchronized into conformities together by ways of force to the beating of the drums rhythms instead of those galley slaves’ self-will in order to perform their duties, as a freed person.

In contrast to a person who is going to shovel your snow away from your driveway and walkway, as an agreed verbalized contractual agreement to a fixed amount to pay him or her. For instance, you are coordinating with a person to shovel your snow away from your driveway and walkway is between you and a freed person is an acts of an exchanged activities to be performed, as a duty, as agreed to a fixed amount to be compensate in the future. In which, you have not enslaved anyone person by ways of force into shoveling your snow away from your driveway and walkway in an act of threatening him or her with a whip in order to perform his or her shoveling duties. And, later on in a future lessons, we will analyzed, what would happen, if a person says, “I did not meant to verbally agree to your contract because I had been forced or whip by ways of another person in order to agree with you” contract law analogies. We will expand on this topic in a future lesson; however, in the meantime and mainly, we are having this discussion on the coordination of freed people who[m] has come in collaborations to do something together.

Let us analyze, the famous painting created in the 14th century in Tuscany, Italy which is the capitol of the province of Siena below is as followed:

  [4]

The people of Siena was a Republic and, the people of Siena town hall had commission Ambrogio Lorenzetti a great painter to paint a picture of what happen in their well-ran province who was very prosperous in that particular time of reference in the Siena province. And, in this picture shown above is call the “Buon Governo,” translated to the “Good Government.” And, in analyzing and observing all Sieneses activities inside of the Buon Governo painting shown above, you will see all types of related Sieneses coordinated activities interaction towards one (1) another together such as, two (2) men who are engaging into some type of exchange for trading their goods. Well, those two (2) men who are engaging into some type of exchange for trading their goods either required the use of money or credit from those transactional negotiations with one (1) another  is a highly coordinated activities in trading their goods for monetary means in the Sieneses culture. Now, you should noticed, in the Buon Governo painting shown above is women whom are dancing in a circular rhythmic coordination movements that synchronized into conformities together are similar to, or a little bit like those eight (8) college students whom are sculling through the water inside of their thin boat rowing with their oars through the water in a circular rhythmic coordination synchronized motions and techniques into conformities together. Those dancers in the Buon Governo painting must watch each other’s footsteps and body transmitted rhythm coordinated moves synchronized together is like an orchestra rhythmic sound coordination or even better, a well-coordinated jazz group.

In our next example shown below is the famous Duke Ellington’s Jazz Orchestra, and you might ask yourself, how do those jazz groups somehow know to keep their music in a rhythmic coordinations.

  [5]

After, those jazz musicians’ sounds time are speeded up or those jazz groups change their sounds rhythmic coordination to a B minor or any other minor key notes coordinations without anyone person threatening those musicians with a whip; in order to force them into compliance to try a new jazz sound. Those jazz groups rhythmic coordinated sounds are synchronized music notes techniques are a little bit more like, or similar to the those eight (8) college students whom are sculling through the water inside of their thin boat rowing with their oars through the water in a circular rhythmic coordination synchronized motions and techniques into conformities together. And, those jazz musicians rhythmic coordinated sounds are synchronized changes by ways of subtle music notes hints in those jazz musicians. The jazz musician sound changes might occurred from his or her glance onto their key notes or a slight gesture from their leader of the jazz group in which, the jazz group audiences do not even notices those musicians rhythmic coordinated sounds had been synchronized in order to change their sound in coordination together.

Now, look again at the Buon Governo painting shown above. You will notice a few men repairing the roof on top of a house. Well, again, coordination is the key.
