On March 28, 2024, around 4:25 PM, I had encountered another unauthorized disruption of my Midco Home Internet Services while working on my Apple Mac Mini M1 device. The Wi-Fi icon on my Mac Mini screen vanished, replaced by a questioning mark at its center. Promptly at 4:26 PM, I had reached out to Midco's customer service, connecting with Brittany, their representative. Despite my explanation, Brittany informed me that Midco's records showed no signs of disruption on their end. In response, I emphasized the existence of printed photographs documenting these disruptions, underscoring the seriousness of the situation. My frustration mounts, as I express concerns about the potential security risks posed by these disruptions, fearing that unauthorized individuals could exploit the situation. These disruptions occur without Midco detecting any corresponding frequency signals, amplifying my apprehension. Below, I provide the photographic evidence supporting my claims.
