Legal Notes: Damaged Deep Gouges in the Wood Frames Dated 04-03-24
April 3, 2024
Legal Notes:
I, Sarai Hannah Ajai (hereinafter referred to as the Complainant), left my apartment unit, 205, around 5:11 pm to retrieve my United States Postal Service (“USPS”) delivered mail items from my residential mailbox, which I reached by approximately 5:13 pm. After photographing the delivered mail items as evidence, I had returned to my apartment around 5:15 pm. However, at approximately 5:17 pm, I had sensed something amiss and inspected the frame border between the living room and kitchen. To my dismay, I had discovered that intruders had once again unlawfully entered my apartment, causing damage to the wooden frame around the open space. Notably, the damage appeared more severe than that documented in photographs taken on March 31, 2024, at approximately 10:32 pm, when previous trespassing and damage occurred. These deep gouges in the wood frames are clearly visible, even without my eyeglasses, indicating intentional, knowing, and willful damage inflicted upon my apartment, 205, for reasons unknown. I have documented these damages through photographs for legal purposes.
Following the return of my telephone by a Fargo Police Officer, I aimed to report the unlawful trespasses and damages to my apartment unit, 205. However, I am extremely upset, and under tremendous distress on how the Fargo Police Department, Officer will not let me file an incident report for the damage to my State Farm Insurance company.
Tenants have keys to my apartment unit, 205.
