Sarai Hannah Ajai is writing to address a concerning incident involving a tenant named Ms. Ba_er, residing in the adjacent apartment unit, 206, USPS Mail Theft

On April 11, 2024, at around 6:01 pm, I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, referred to as "the Complainant," am writing to address a concerning incident involving a tenant named Ms. Ba_er, residing in the adjacent apartment unit, 206. This incident revolves around a verbal encounter between Ms. Ba_er and an unidentified woman who approached Ms. Ba_er's door and handed her a white envelope. Of particular concern is the conversation that ensued, during which Ms. Ba_er mentioned me and referenced a TransUnion letter purportedly addressed to me. However, as of April 1, 2024, I have not received this letter via the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), nor was it visible through my Informed Delivery account. My Ring DoorBell captured footage of Ms. Ba_er and the unidentified person discussing this letter, which serves as evidence that it was handed over to Ms. Ba_er without proper authorization. Additionally, despite legally changing my residential mailbox number to 205, I am now experiencing theft of Amazon parcels.

 

I am deeply distressed by Ms. Ba_er's ongoing threats, particularly regarding her inappropriate advances and discussions about violating my privacy rights. It is concerning that she openly speaks about engaging in criminal activities, boasting about receiving assistance to unlawfully obtain my TransUnion letter. I intend to take legal action against this breach of property rights and due process of the law. I will await until April 16, 2024, to pursue appropriate measures in response to the unauthorized access to my TransUnion letter.
