True Link Financial, Inc Unauthorized Accesses and Security Breach to Sarai Hannah Ajai's Experian Credit File Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I am writing to address a serious matter concerning my Experian Credit File account and its connection to True Link Financial, Inc ("True Link"). My name is Sarai Hannah Ajai, hereinafter referred to as "the Complainant." On April 7, 2024, I had discovered unauthorized activity onto my Experian Credit File account, indicating that individuals may have utilized fictitious, similar, or identical names, and potentially altered their legal names to match mine, in order to establish True Link VISA accounts without my consent.

 

It is evident that these individuals unlawfully accessed and misused my Personal Identifiable Information (PII), including my social security number, date of birth, and address, to create these accounts. True Link has been complicit in this unauthorized activities by both improperly accessing my Experian credit file account and reporting inaccurate information without my consent. This was noted on March 6, 2024, and November 18, 2023, wherein True Link falsely reported my legal residential address that does not exist despite my lack of any association with True Link’s services.

 

I must emphasize the severity of this breach and its implications for my identity security. I am demanding immediate action from True Link to close any VISA accounts linked to the misuse of my PII. Failure to comply will result in legal consequences for True Link, as True Link business establishments are directly responsible for the breach of my Experian Credit File and subsequent identity theft issues.

 

Furthermore, I am legally entitled to receive all pertinent information from True Link regarding the individuals who established these accounts using my PII without my authorizations.

 

I urge True Link to take prompt and decisive action to rectify this situation and prevent any further harm to my personal identifiable information and credit reporting agencies’ accounts. Failure to do so will result in legal action being pursued to safeguard my rights and hold True Link accountable for your actions.
