Sarai Hannah Ajai's Verizon Account Compromised to Computer Hackers
Sarai Hannah Ajai is experiencing persistent harassment from computer hackers who are unlawfully accessing her Verizon wireless iPhone 11 account. These individuals are changing her Verizon Security Code PIN without her consent. For instance, on May 18, 2024, at approximately 1:02 PM, she set her PIN to 1212, but hackers reverted it to the previous PIN, 5101, which was last set on May 13, 2024. This unauthorized access and alteration of her security settings have occurred without any lawful authority or judicial court order.
Additionally, these hackers are interfering with her ExpressVPN service, disabling it, and making unauthorized changes to her iPhone 11 settings. They are also reading her personal emails, further invading her privacy.
Ms. Ajai has been forced to change her Verizon Security Code PIN multiple times, including on May 23, 2024, to safeguard her account. These actions by the hackers are deliberate, intentional, and unlawful, causing significant distress and inconvenience to Ms. Ajai.
Under 18 U.S. Code § 1030, these actions constitute computer fraud and abuse, which includes knowingly and intentionally accessing a protected computer without authorization and obtaining information. Furthermore, under 47 U.S. Code § 605, unauthorized interception and disclosure of electronic communications is prohibited. These statutes are designed to protect individuals like Ms. Ajai from such invasive and unlawful activities, ensuring the security of their personal data and communications.
