Sarai Hannah Ajai Photographs Evidence when the Medical Professional Administered Her COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Included 99% Acetone in the Booster in January 2023

On June 12, 2024, I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, hereafter referred to as "the Complainant," am addressing a serious issue concerning my left leg and foot following my COVID-19 Vaccine Booster administered on January 17, 2023. Subsequent to leaving the Medical Clinic, an unidentified individual had alleged that the medical professional who administered the vaccine included 99% Acetone in the booster. Acetone, a component of nail polish remover, was allegedly mixed with the vaccine without my knowledge or consent. This assertion links back to a larger issue wherein individuals, unfamiliar to me, have sought to impose their gender stereotypes onto me. Despite being biologically female  from birth and identifying as such, I have been subjected to gender-based discriminations and harm aimed at altering my appearance to fit a male stereotypes narratives, potentially for exploitation in sex trafficking trade. Consequently, I am experiencing a concerning discoloration and pain in my left leg and foot. This harm stems from false narratives propagated by tenants of Southview Village Apartments and the North Dakota Department of Transportation, specifically the Driver License Division, who have mislabeled me as male based on subjective perceptions from an individual who have a “Habitual Dislike” of my biological female birth sex and gender identity have forged my signatures onto a “Gender Designation” change forms. This misidentification, perpetuated through rumors, has led to physical assaults within medical facilities. Furthermore, the unauthorized dissemination of my North Dakota State-issued Real Identification Driver License Card poses grave threats to my safety, citizenship, and national security clearance. I live in constant fear, as those involved in this distribution persistently harass and stalk me, even after relocating to Southview Village Apartments complex. These harassments include thefts of delivered mail letters items, unlawful entry into my apartment unit, 205, and obtaining keys through fraudulent means using those forged North Dakota State-issued Real Identification Driver License Cards, as an eminent domain for public use.
