Formal Complaint – Ongoing Sexual Harassment, Psychological Abuse, and Cyber Intrusion by Tenants in Unit 206

Subject: Formal Complaint – Ongoing Sexual Harassment, Psychological Abuse, and Cyber Intrusion by Tenants in Unit 206

I am writing to formally report an ongoing and escalating pattern of harassment, cyberstalking, and unauthorized surveillances that I have been subjected to by the tenants residing in Apartment Unit 206, who live next door to my unit.

Nature of the Incident:

On April 22, 2025, at approximately 1:30 PM, I was working on video projects via Canva.com on my personal Apple Mac Mini desktop and iPhone 11 when I was once again subjected to unlawful digital interference and psychological harassments. I am the sole user of my Midco Home Internet Services and do not share it with anyone, yet these individuals appear to have gained unauthorized access to my connection and devices. While actively working on content, my text and digital files were altered and deleted, seemingly with the intent to falsely portray me as mentally unstable.

In addition, I have been repeatedly targeted by verbal abuse that includes unwanted and sexually explicit remarks, such as:

• “I want to turn you into a boy”

• “I want to rub your back”

These remarks are both disturbing and dangerous. They represent not only unwanted sexual harassments, but an attempt to manipulate or coerce changes to my biological female birth sex and gender and sexual identity. I identify as a heterosexual biological female, and this behavior constitutes a serious violation of my bodily autonomy, psychological well-being, and personal safety.

The tenants have taken steps to evade surveillance, avoiding my Ring doorbell camera and verbally harassing me from areas outside the device’s visual scope. Their behavior exhibits signs of calculated coercion, gaslighting, and targeted psychological abuse because I refuses to have sex with a same sex person, as they also attempt to interfere with my work, reputation, and mental stability. 

I am requesting the following:

1. Immediate investigation into the behavior and identity of the tenants in Unit 206.

2. Written acknowledgment of this complaint and what steps will be taken.

3. Increased surveillance or security support, including potential relocation if necessary.

4. Support in reporting this matter to law enforcement and cybercrime units.

I am continuing to document all incidents, including audio, video, and written logs. I am also prepared to submit this information to local authorities and legal representatives as needed.

Please treat this matter with urgency. I am requesting that action be taken to protect my right to privacy, personal safety, and mental well-being.
