Sarai Hannah Ajai | Hostile Environment Against Larry Complaint | Dated 04-25-25
Legal Complaint Note
Incident Date: April 25, 2025, at approximately 6:40 AM
Complainant: Sarai Hannah Ajai
On April 25, 2025, at approximately 6:40 AM, I, Sarai Hannah Ajai (“the Complainant”), experienced yet another disturbing incident involving hostile environment harassment and unauthorized intrusion on my personal privacy. The incident involved an African American male—whom I have heard others refer to as “Larry”, who is believed to be in a common-law relationship with a Caucasian woman and resides in Building 1 of this apartment complex.
This morning, Larry was outside in the parking lot near his vehicle, loudly shouting inflammatory and targeted language concerning my sexuality. He stated, “YOU ARE IN DENIAL, YOU ARE A HOMOSEXUAL PERSON,” which I perceived as an attempt to harass, intimidate, and impose his views upon my personal identity and sexual orientation. This behavior is unacceptable and contributes to an ongoing pattern of verbal harassment and psychological intimidation.
This same individual, on April 9, 2025, was sitting on his patio in Building 1 when he said, “I WANT TO HOE HER TO DEATH OUT OF EXISTENCE.” Disturbingly, the following day, my legal court case was denied. I believe this indicates a deeper issue involving Larry and his involvement in ongoing efforts to target and destabilize me. His presence in this community has increasingly become a threat to my personal safety, privacy, and housing security.
Over the past few years, Larry has made several disturbing claims, including that he "owns" me in a manner akin to slavery, language that is both deeply offensive and alarming. I have no known relationship or communication history with Larry. I do not live in Building 1 (nearest to the main street) where he resides, and the only reason I know his name is due to other tenants loudly calling him by that name within my hearing range while I am in my own apartment.
Despite having no personal association with him, Larry and his partner appear to be among the individuals orchestrating a pattern of hostile environment harassment against me. I am also deeply concerned about how he may have unlawfully obtained access to my Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other private documentation.
Larry’s ongoing harassment appears to stem from a psychological fixation or perceived entitlement regarding my sexual orientation. His repeated, unsolicited declarations about my identity, particularly his insistence that I am "in denial" about being homosexual, reflect a deeply inappropriate and obsessive interest in my personal life. This behavior suggests a potential psychological issue in which Larry projects his own beliefs or frustrations onto me, using them as justification for continued verbal abuse and public humiliation. Rather than respecting my autonomy and privacy, Larry seems to be attempting to impose an identity onto me that aligns with his personal narrative or emotional biases. His actions, driven by hostility, control, and possibly internalized prejudice, indicate a disturbing pattern of behavior that fuses intolerance with aggression, creating an unsafe and emotionally harmful environment for me as a resident.
Legally and constitutionally, my sexual orientation is a private matter and is protected under the rights to privacy, personal liberty, and freedom from discrimination. It is not the business of Larry or any other tenant to determine, question, or attempt to dictate what my sexual orientation is or should be to them. Their unsolicited opinions, intrusive comments, and aggressive behavior not only violate basic standards of decency but may also constitute unlawful harassment under civil rights and housing laws. No individual, especially fellow tenants have the legal authority or social rights to impose their beliefs onto me, nor to use my personal identity as grounds for hostility or intimidation. My rights to live peacefully, without being subjected to psychological coercion or identity-based targeting, is protected and should be respected at all times within this residential community.
This continuing pattern of intimidation and harassment has severely impacted my emotional well-being, sense of safety, and right to peacefully enjoy my residence without fear or distress.
