Sarai Hannah Ajai Forged Marriage License Certificate and Powers of Attorney Complaint

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Sarai Hannah Ajai (“Complainant”), and I am submitting this letter to formally express my concern regarding serious and ongoing incidents involving a female tenant residing in Apartment Unit 206 next door, identified as Mother tenant, and her teenage daughter.

Since Mother tenant moved into Unit 206 in early October 2023, I have experienced multiple distressing encounters. Most alarmingly, Mother tenant has allegedly been impersonating me and making false claims that I stole my own identity from her. These false accusations, coupled with persistent harassment, have caused me extreme mental and emotional distress.

In addition, I have strong reason to believe that Mother tenant and her daughter have unlawfully accessed and compromised my personal electronic devices, specifically my Apple iPhone 11 and Apple Mac Mini M1, without my consents or authorizations. This unauthorized access has extended to my Verizon cellular service and Midco home internet service, which connect directly to my Apple devices. As a result, I am deeply concerned that they have gained control of my devices and accessed sensitive government and personal online accounts.

I wish to clarify that I do not have any personal relationship or affiliation with Mother tenant. We spoke only briefly during the first two weeks of October 2023, when she initially moved in and approached me requesting food and financial assistance. Following that interaction, I chose to discontinue communication due to her inappropriate and sexually aggressive behavior during a time when I was simply trying to help.

Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about statements made by the Mother tenant in the common areas of the property specifically in locations not covered by my Ring Doorbell surveillance system where she has falsely claimed that she and I are in a “personal” relationship outside the jurisdiction of law enforcement. These claims are entirely untrue. I have reason to believe Mother tenant may be using a forged marriage license certificate to support these false narratives and to gain unauthorized access to my personal devices and monitor my online activities. For the record, I do not know Mother tenant beyond the brief encounter in October 2023, I am not involved in any homosexual behavior or relationship, and I have never entered into any marriage or signed a marriage license certificate with Mother tenant or with anyone else.

If a marriage license certificate has indeed been forged, it was done without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I consider any such document to be fraudulent and demand that it be immediately annulled, voided, and legally terminated. This alleged forgery is being used to misrepresent my identity, falsely imply a relationship that does not exist, and wrongfully access and control my private and government-related accounts. Additionally, Mother tenant’s false representation that I am male or engaged in a homosexual relationship with her is damaging to my personal integrity, moral reputation, and public character.

Additionally, I wish to state unequivocally that I do not know Mother tenant or any other individuals who may have accessed my State-Issued Real ID Driver License or any of my associated personal identification documents, private online accounts, or government-related accounts without my explicit consent, knowledge, or authorization.

Furthermore, I deny any involvement whether knowingly or willingly in any schemes involving forged or fraudulent notarized documents, including but not limited to Powers of Attorney, Affidavits, or Waived Rights documents that may undermine or compromise my legal rights. I have never granted legal authority to any individual or entity through such instruments, and I hereby formally revoke, annul, cancel, and nullify in full any such documents executed on my behalf without my direct, informed, and documented consent.

It has come to my attention that Mother tenant and other individuals may be associated with or using fictitious names, or names identical or similar to mine, in connection with these fraudulent notarized instruments. Any Powers of Attorney, Affidavits, or Waived Rights documents bearing forged or unauthorized signatures purporting to represent my will or intentions were not executed by me, and I did not appoint any of the named individuals as my Attorney-in-Fact or legal agent, whether for personal, professional, or legal matters.

Accordingly, all such unauthorized documents, including those issued by governmental or nongovernmental entities, are hereby rendered legally void. Any powers of attorney, affidavits, or waived rights claims derived from these forged or fictitious documents are now officially revoked, rescinded, terminated, and dismissed as of this 13th day of May, 2025. No individual listed therein retains any legal or oral authority to act on my behalf.
