Sarai Hannah Ajai Formal Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Access to Personal Electronic Devices
To Whom It May Concern,
Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Access to Personal Electronic Devices
1. Complainant Information
Name: Sarai Hannah Ajai
Date of Incident: May 30, 2025
Time: Approximately 1:33 PM
2. Nature of the Complaint
I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, am filing this formal complaint to document repeated and unauthorized access to and control over my personal electronic devices. These breaches have occurred despite my proactive efforts to secure my devices and network. The affected devices include:
• Apple iPhone 11
• Apple Mac Mini M1
• Apple Watch Series 7
• Apple HomePod mini
• ASUS AX1800s Dual Band Router
• Verizon wireless account and app
On May 30, 2025, at approximately 1:33 PM, I changed the SSID and password of my ASUS AX1800s Dual Band Router in an effort to secure my home network. This required reconnecting all of my personal devices to the new network. Despite these changes, I observed troubling behavior shortly afterward.
At around 2:03 PM, I noticed several tenants loitering in the Southview Village Community parking lot, just outside my window. I found their presence suspicious given the timing. By approximately 2:15 PM, well before I had finished reconnecting my devices, my Apple iPhone 11 and Mac Mini M1 began exhibiting signs of unauthorized access and external control.
Based on my observations, I believe these individuals are gaining access to my devices through backdoor configurations related to Verizon and Apple services. Although I use strong passcodes and facial recognition on my iPhone 11 and apps, unauthorized users appear able to bypass these measures remotely. This suggests either:
• My iPhone’s security ecosystem is compromised, possibly through Verizon or Apple internal systems, or
• My device credentials are being leaked or exploited, allowing these individuals to intercept or replicate authentication methods.
In particular, my Apple iPhone 11 supports both a physical SIM and eSIM. My concern is that my eSIM (IMEI2, ICCID, and MEID) may be duplicated or spoofed by unauthorized parties, possibly with assistance or negligence on the part of Verizon.
Furthermore, I suspect that once these individuals access my device, they enter the ASUS Router app—protected by the same Apple credentials—and obtain my home network credentials. This not only gives them free access to my internet service (provided by Midcontinent Communications, "Midco") but also potentially exposes my personal documents, data, and communications.
The repeated need to reset passwords, passcodes, and PINs nearly every day has disrupted my life and raised serious concerns regarding digital stalking, unauthorized surveillance, and unlawful access to private data—potentially in violation of federal privacy laws and constitutional protections.
3. Supporting Evidence
Attached to this complaint is a log documenting the frequency of password and configuration changes made to my personal devices. These changes were made in direct response to observed unauthorized access incidents.
4. Technical and Legal Concerns
• Repeated Unauthorized Access: I am forced to change my Apple device passwords, PINs, and router settings almost daily. Yet, unauthorized access is consistently reestablished within an hour, indicating a pattern and methodical breach of security that is highly concerning.
• Compromised Apple Ecosystem: Despite having facial recognition and passcode security in place, it appears these tenants are remotely accessing my Apple iPhone 11, possibly via backdoor configurations or unauthorized assistance from within Apple or Verizon systems.
• Suspicious Dual SIM Behavior: My iPhone 11, connected to Verizon, shows both physical SIM (IMEI1) and eSIM (IMEI2) capabilities. I suspect the eSIM identifiers—such as IMEI2, ICCID, and MEID—may be unlawfully cloned or exploited by Verizon or a third party to facilitate remote surveillance or unauthorized control.
• Router App Access: After compromising my iPhone 11, the intruders seem to be using the Apple passcode textbox to access the ASUS Router app, thereby obtaining my network credentials and enabling them to connect unauthorized devices to my Midcontinent Communications (Midco) internet service. This may also involve illicit modification of Midco’s infrastructure to provide these tenants with free internet service, while compromising my digital privacy and accessing my personal documents.
5. Legal and Privacy Violations
This behavior, if confirmed, constitutes:
• Unauthorized access under federal and state laws (potential violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act);
• Privacy invasion and illegal surveillance;
• Potential corporate data sharing or negligence (if internal credentials or access are being leaked or exposed);
• Misuse of telecommunications infrastructure;
• Possible conspiracy and civil rights infringement due to coordinated, recurring targeting without legal warrant or due process.
6. Action Requested
I request a thorough investigation into this matter, including:
• A technical review of my Verizon and Apple accounts and associated device logs
• A security audit regarding the use of my iPhone 11’s eSIM and Apple ecosystem
• Assistance in identifying unauthorized remote access or compromised backdoor pathways
• A legal explanation for how third parties could gain access to my devices without a warrant, and
• Any available protections or services to prevent further unauthorized access
I am prepared to cooperate fully and provide further documentation as needed. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the next steps.
Sincerely,
Sarai Hannah Ajai
