I. INTRODUCTION

I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, a tenant lawfully residing in Unit 205, submit this formal legal complaint regarding persistent and unlawful cyber intrusions, verbal harassment, and actions constituting intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED), perpetrated by tenants in Unit 206 and Unit 305 of the same residential building.

II. FACTUAL BACKGROUND

1. On May 7, 2025, at approximately 11:13 AM, my Apple Mac Mini M1 device was abruptly and without my command forced into a “Recovery Reset” mode during a standard system reboot. I was not accessing any system or administrative settings at the time.

2. Immediately prior to this interference, I overheard a male tenant from Unit 305, from his window, exclaim “OOPS.” This was followed by a female tenant from Unit 206 making the inflammatory and discriminatory statement:

“We cannot talk to you and you will not convert to Islam, that’s why we keep hacking into your computer.”

3. These statements were made audibly from the shared hallway outside my apartment, just beyond Ring surveillance camera range, suggesting premeditation and intent to avoid detection.

4. I have reason to believe that these individuals are unlawfully accessing my electronic devices, including my Apple Mac Mini M1, without my knowledge, consent, or legal authority. This includes interference with my Apple device ecosystem and repeated unauthorized login accesses. I have had to change both my ecosystem and login passwords at least thirteen (13) times during the month of April and May (to date) 2025 alone due to an ongoing intrusions and online psychological harassments.

5. On May 7, 2025, following the aforementioned incident, I experienced an intense emotional and psychological reaction including crying, panic, hysteria, agitation and severe anxiety and nervousness. This was a direct and proximate result of the repeated and invasive actions of the stated named tenants herein.

6. Video evidence from my Wyze surveillance camera directed at my LG Smart TV (used as my computer monitor due to vision difficulties) captured the device going into "Recovery Reset" mode. This occurred without any physical interaction from me that would warrant or trigger such behavior. These recordings confirm the involuntary and externally caused nature of the disruption from those tenants.

III. LEGAL BASIS FOR COMPLAINT

A. Violation of Privacy Rights

• The actions of the Respondents constitute a willful and unauthorized invasion of my private digital property and personal information, in violation of federal and state privacy laws.

• No valid search warrants or legal authorizations have been presented by any party to justify such access.

B. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (IIED)

• The Respondents’ behavior was intentional, outrageous, and beyond the bounds of decency tolerated in a civilized society.

• Their conducts were motivated by religious animus, biological female birth sex and sexual orientation discriminations and targeted harassments, as evidenced by Ms. Ajai own recorded statements.

• As a result of these actions, I have suffered severe emotional distress, including but not limited to anxiety, fear, nervousness, and emotional breakdowns, all of which are documented and witnessed.

C. Forgery and Misuse of Identification

• It has come to my attention that an unauthorized parties may be unlawfully replicating or utilizing forged copy of her Real ID Driver License card and referencing my “DD” code, which is tied to national security databases. While the source of this rumor remains unverified, I formally request an investigation by appropriate law enforcements and national security authorities.

• If any such document purporting to contain my signature, consent, or waiver of rights exists, it is a forgery. I have never authorized any power of attorney, affidavit, or waiver in connection with these tenants or any other party.

IV. REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION

In light of these events, I respectfully request the following:

1. A full investigation by building management and local or federal law enforcement regarding an ongoing digital intrusions and harassment by tenants in Units 206 and 305.

2. Preservation of all security camera footage and digital evidence including my Wyze surveillance footage for use in potential civil or criminal proceedings.

3. Formal acknowledgment of my rights as a tenant and citizen, free from religious discrimination, unlawful surveillance, sexual harassments and technological harassment.

4. Appropriate legal or disciplinary action taken against the involved tenants.

5. Investigation into the possible terrorism-related implications of these repeated cyber intrusions and references to national ID access.

V. CONCLUSION

I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, submit this letter as a formal legal complaint under all applicable state, federal, and housing regulations. The actions against me are not only violations of my privacy rights and security, but are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually damaging, and rise to the level of intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise of the immediate steps being taken to resolve this matter. I am prepared to provide full video documentations, a password change log, and any further evidence required.
