To Whom It May Concern,

On or about May 3, 2025, at approximately 4:24 PM, I, Sarai Hannah Ajai (hereinafter “Complainant”), experienced a disturbing incident involving the female occupants residing in apartment unit 206 (hereinafter “Respondents”). The actions of the Respondents raise grave concerns regarding an unauthorized access to my personal computing devices and potential violations of my constitutional rights to privacy, property, and due process under the law.

At the time of the incident, I was actively engaged in legitimate software development activities on my Apple Mac Mini M1, specifically writing JavaScript code using the Visual Studio Code ("VSC") development environment related to a Node Package Manager (“NPM”) project for AccouNetrics’ API integration. While engaged in this activity, I overheard the daughter of the Respondents, while standing in the common area beyond the visual scope of my Ring doorbell surveillance camera, state loudly and intentionally the following:

“You are always working on your computer and never communicate with us. You never pay attention to us. And we did not say you work on our computer.”

Immediately following this unsolicited and intrusive remark, I began to experience persistent error messages within my VSC that disrupted the functionality of the NPM project, despite multiple corrective attempts. Upon further investigation, I discovered a few hours later that a critical project file “contactUs_01.ejs” from the “IVOTEBALLOT_PROTOTYPE_4” directory folder had been inexplicably and unlawfully deleted from my Apple MAC Mini M1 device “finder” eco-system.

A review of the Apple MAC Mini M1 device “finder” eco-system’s Trash folder, along with surrounding circumstances, leads me to the reasonable suspicion that this file was remotely deleted without my knowledge or consent, possibly through an unauthorized access to my home network (ASUS WiFi Ethernet) or directly into my Apple ecosystem via remote viewing or intrusion. The nature of the deletion, combined with the Respondent’s daughter’s remarks, suggests deliberate and unlawful interferences with my devices properties and computing infrastructures. 

Moreover, shortly after this discovery, the Respondent’s daughter made another statement in the common area, again strategically positioned to avoid surveillance:

“It’s not your identity; it is our identity, and we did not give you permission to use our identity.”

This statement constitutes a baseless and harmful accusation of their identity theft intentions levied without due process, without legal merit, and without any evidence. These tenants behavior are part of a repeated pattern of harassments, intimidations, and gaslighting designed to psychologically undermine me and interfere with my lawful due process activities. It is also reflective of a deeply troubling trends in which the Respondents appear to be imposing extrajudicial ideologies, including religiously motivated assertions of control (e.g., Sharia law practices), in a manner incompatible with U.S. constitutional protections and civil liberties and rights.

As a Christian resident of this complex, I am increasingly alarmed by the Respondents’ behavior, which infringes upon my rights to privacy, personal properties, and equal protection rights under the law. If these matters are not promptly addressed through the appropriate legal and administrative channels, I fear continued violations of my digital and personal security, as well as defamation of my character through false allegations of criminal conducts, well-being and safety.

Furthermore, I have substantial reason to suspect that the Respondents, or individuals acting in concert with them, have unlawfully accessed my devices without a legal search warrant and are engaging in an unauthorized data surveillance and/or file deletion harassments against me.

I respectfully request a formal investigation into these ongoing matters. Should this behavior continue, I reserve the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, identity thefts, harassments, and violations of state and federal computer fraud statutes.
