Sarai Hannah Ajai's Complaint of Unauthorized Use of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Alleged Forged Account Activity by Comcast/Xfinity

Subject: Sarai Hannah Ajai's Complaint of Unauthorized Use of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Alleged Forged Account Activity by Comcast/Xfinity

Date: May 20, 2025
Complainant: Sarai Hannah Ajai
Primary Contact Number Implicated: +1 (341) 300-3284
Location of Implicated Activity: Richmond, California

1. Nature of the Complaint

I, Sarai Hannah Ajai (“Complainant”), formally submit this complaint regarding the unauthorized use of my Personal Identifiable Information (PII) in connection with a forged Comcast/Xfinity account, which I never legally opened, consented to, or authorized.

On May 20, 2025 at approximately 12:17 PM (CST), I received a voicemail from the number +1 (341) 300-3284, claiming to be from Comcast/Xfinity, stating:

“Hello this voicemail is from Comcast Xfinity our system has moved your account into a full rate billing status. The 50% discount on your monthly bill was not applied and is no longer available. Please call us back on the number showing on your caller ID right now to reactivate this offer. Thank you...”

This message was sent without any existing legal business relationship or prior consent on my part, and I have never established an account with Comcast/Xfinity. My only legitimate Internet service provider is Midcontinent Communications (Midco), with whom I have a verified legal relationship. Comcast reportedly holds a 49% stake in Midco, but this does not equate to legal access or control over my personal data or devices.

2. Allegations

  • The unsolicited voicemail from +1 (341) 300-3284 constitutes potential identity theftfraudulent impersonation, and privacy violation under federal and state law.
  • The creation or representation of a Comcast/Xfinity account in my name may be forged, potentially used as a digital front or alias to access or interfere with my personal services and devices.
  • There is credible suspicion that Comcast/Xfinity or its agents may have unlawfully accessed or disrupted my Midco Internet service as part of a broader scheme to compromise my Apple iPhone 11 and Mac Mini M1 devices without a valid search warrant or due process.
  • If this activity was done under the pretense of “eminent domain” or “public use,” such actions are constitutionally invalid without just compensation or lawful notice under the Fifth Amendment.

3. Legal Basis

  • Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) for protection of consumer financial data
  • Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) for unauthorized access to digital systems
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (if Comcast or the activity involved California jurisdiction)
  • Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC) for deceptive or unfair business practices
  • Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments if state actors are involved or cooperating

4. Relief Requested

I formally request the following:

  1. Immediate investigation and written verification of whether Comcast/Xfinity or any affiliate created an account using my identity.
  2. Immediate deactivation and permanent deletion of any forged or unauthorized Comcast/Xfinity account associated with my legal name or information.
  3. Confirmation that no service activity or data linkage has been initiated between Comcast/Xfinity and my Midco account or any of my personal devices.
  4. A detailed accounting of any and all data collected, transmitted, or shared in connection with this incident.
  5. Written assurance that no surveillance, interception, or remote access to my devices or networks has occurred or will occur without lawful court order.

5. Notice of Potential Legal Action

If Comcast/Xfinity or its agents fail to comply with the above requests, I reserve the right to:

  • File formal complaints with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
  • Seek relief through civil litigation, including damages for emotional distress, loss of privacy, and any digital harms
  • Notify state Attorneys General and pursue investigation for consumer rights violations and potential criminal misconduct

Please take immediate action to investigate and protect my rights. I am willing to provide voicemail recordings, screenshots, and additional screenshots as documentations and FBI and FTC can view these documentations on my blog at https://saraihannahajaiacademicwhiteboard.blogspot.com.

Sincerely,

Sarai Hannah Ajai
