Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Access and Content Violation on TikTok Account via Apple iPhone 11

1. Complainant Information:

Time of Discovery: Approximately 1:31AM 

2. Summary of Complaint:

This complaint is being filed to formally report a suspicious and potentially criminal incident involving unauthorized access to my TikTok account, which is connected to my Apple iPhone 11. On or about June 5, 2025, at approximately 1:31 AM, I discovered that my TikTok profile for Quantaudio Studio, a music and spiritual content account established on May 15, 2025, displayed the following message to the public:

“This profile contains themes that some may find uncomfortable. Log in to make the most of your TikTok experience.”

This alert is concerning, unexpected, and potentially damaging to my personal and professional reputation. 

3. Suspected Cause of Harmful Activity:

I believe this warning resulted from an unauthorized access to my iPhone 11 while I was asleep. I suspect that certain tenants, possibly working in concert with co-conspirators, gained illicit access to my device and posted pornographic or policy-violating content to my TikTok account. Said content appears to have been deleted shortly after, likely to avoid detection.

Due to TikTok’s automated moderation systems, this one-time violation, regardless of its source or intent, may have caused my account to be flagged, shadowbanned, or subjected to algorithmic suppression. This is especially harmful given that my content is exclusively centered on Christian music, spiritual inspiration, and wholesome, faith-based messaging. 

4. Immediate Concerns:

• My TikTok content does not violate community guidelines.

• The flagged content, if ever present, was neither created nor posted by me.

• My account now carries a warning that is inconsistent with its actual public content.

• This may constitute identity thefts, device tampering, or illegal access, which are criminal offenses.

• I have reason to believe this is part of a larger pattern of harassment and sabotage linked to ongoing tenants misconducts. 

5. Requested Remedies:

• Immediate investigation into the access logs of my TikTok account between May 15 to June 4, 2025.

• Restoration of full visibility and removal of warning label or shadowbanning restrictions.

• Confirmation that no flagged content remains in any moderation history tied to my account.

• Security audit and support from TikTok and/or Apple for potential forensic analysis of my device.

• Documentation of any policy violations alleged or flagged against my account. 

6. Declaration:

I assert that I have never, under any circumstances, posted inappropriate or adult content to the TikTok platform. My work under Quantaudio Studio is designed to uplift and encourage through the medium of music. I demand accountability and a full review of this matter to ensure that false flags and malicious interference do not hinder the integrity of my platform.
