Time: Approximately 4:13 PM

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recurring and deeply concerning issue involving my Apple Mac Mini M1 computer. On June 15, 2025, at approximately 4:13 PM, the device turned on by itself without any physical interaction from me, while I was seated across the room at my desk. The Mac Mini was connected to a blank-screen LG TV used as a monitor. At no point did I manually press the power button or issue any remote command.

To document this issue, I utilized my Wyze Camera, which clearly recorded the device powering on independently. This is not an isolated incident; my Mac Mini repeatedly powers on without my consent or physical interaction, even after I have properly shut it down.

Based on video evidence and a pattern of behavior, I believe my device has been compromised by individuals residing in my apartment complex who are unlawfully accessing and tampering with my electronics. These individuals may be exploiting vulnerabilities related to national security identifiers embedded in my state government-issued REAL Identification card. They have falsely attempted to discredit my claims by suggesting I am experiencing mental illness or psychosis, yet my video evidence strongly disputes these defamatory implications and demonstrates clear, observable interference.

Additionally, I have become aware of a serious concern regarding identity thefts and forged state government-issued Driver Licenses, REAL Identifications and State Identification cards. It is my understanding that identity thieves can forge or fraudulently reproduce a person’s Driver License, Real ID, or State ID cards through the Department of Transportation or its Driver License Division. These falsified documents may carry a modified Document Discriminator (DD) code, which includes a unique embedded tracking number (the “DD-Embedded Tracking Number”). If the forged version is issued with a newer DD counter (e.g., 21 instead of your original 20), the original ’ Driver License, Real ID, or State ID card’s validity is effectively voided, resulting in the unauthorized transfer of identity control to the identity thieves.

This manipulation could enable the perpetrators to impersonate the Driver License, Real ID, or State ID cards’ victims, interfere with employment, intercept U.S. Postal Service mail, hijack phone access through remote connections, and strip individuals of their legal residency status—all without due process or judiciary oversights of your rights. Victims may also face unlawful arrest or involuntary psychiatric commitment based on these States falsified reproduce government-issued Driver Licenses, REAL Identifications and State Identification cards to identity thieves.

This is precisely what I am experiencing. I believe that forged versions of my State government-issued REAL Identification card may have been fraudulently produced, undermining my rights and subjecting me to continuous digital harassments and unlawful surveillance by tenants.

I am requesting a formal investigation into this matter, including forensic examination of my Apple Mac Mini M1, review of the Wyze Camera footage, and inquiry into the issuance of any potentially fraudulent identification documents bearing my name or identifiers.
