Sarai Hannah Ajai Unauthorized Access and Connectivity Issues with Verizon iPhone 11 Account

To Whom It May Concern,

Subject: Formal Complaint – Unauthorized Access and Connectivity Issues with Verizon iPhone 11 Account

1. Complainant Information

Name: Sarai Hannah Ajai

Date of Incident: June 3, 2025

Time: Approximately 9:43 AM

2. Summary of Complaint

I am filing this formal complaint to report a serious incident involving repeated connectivity issues and unauthorized access to my Verizon wireless account linked to my Apple iPhone 11.

On the morning of June 3, 2025, at approximately 9:43 AM, I attempted to update my Verizon account password and PIN through the Verizon app on my iPhone 11. I received an error message stating “No Internet Connection.” I then tried to access other installed apps and encountered the same error across all applications, indicating a widespread connectivity failure onto my Apple iPhone 11 device that is subscribed to an active, prepaid Verizon plan.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I restarted the device multiple times, but the connectivity problems persisted. Around 10:00 AM, I contacted Verizon support via the online chat feature and spoke with an agent named Melinia. She walked me through several diagnostic steps: confirming I could make and receive phone calls and send and receive text messages both of which were functional. She proceeded to reset my account remotely. However, this reset did not take effect immediately; it took approximately fifteen minutes for my iPhone 11 to regain full functionality.

3. Ongoing Privacy Violations and Security Concerns

I informed the Verizon agent of a broader, ongoing issue. Tenants at my apartment complex have been repeatedly hacking into my Verizon’s Apple iPhone 11 account without my consents, acknowledgements or judicial authorizations. Since May 2025, I have changed my account password and PIN twenty-four (24) times. In each instance, unauthorized access occurred within an hour of the change.

I strongly suspect that these repeated breaches are occurring through impersonation tactics involving name changes that closely resemble mine. It is my belief that certain individuals may have manipulated account or carrier information by presenting aliases similar to “Sarai Hannah Ajai” in an attempt to bypass identity verification procedures. This tactic may be facilitating an unlawful access to my Verizon account and linked apps services, including an unauthorized receipt of verification codes and recovery emails or texts.

I also have reason to believe that certain individuals may be tampering with my eSIM and/or attempting to clone or split the IMEI of my iPhone 11 to gain unlawful access to my Apple iPhone 11 device and intercept passwords resets and two-factor authentication codes to my other online apps accounts. This pattern has created significant privacy and security concerns, which are impaired during connectivity disruptions, such as the one on June 3, 2025, when I temporarily lose control of my Verizon’s Apple iPhone11 device.

5. Request for Investigation

I respectfully request that your agency investigate this matter, specifically the possible unlawful impersonation, hacking activity, and manipulation of my Verizon account and mobile device. This incident reflects a serious breach of privacy, potential criminal interference, and a failure of Verizon's current security measures to protect paying customers from unauthorized intrusions.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Sincerely,

Sarai Hannah Ajai
