However, at approximately 5:26 PM, shortly after maintenance personnel arrived at my residence, I discovered that I was suddenly and inexplicably locked out of my device. I attempted to re-enter the passcode I had just created, but it was not recognized. This lockout occurred less than 90 minutes after the code change, and I had made no further modifications or updates to the device in the interim.
This issue had immediate and tangible consequences: I was unable to access my SwitchBot App, which is essential for controlling home access and managing secure devices. The timing of this lockout—coinciding precisely with the arrival of external individuals, raises serious concerns regarding the integrity of my Apple 11 iPhone’s security and the potential for unauthorized interference.
Given my ongoing suspicion of external tampering with my technology and past incidents involving suspected unauthorized access, I urge Apple to investigate this matter thoroughly. Specifically, I request:
1. A detailed log analysis from Apple regarding any unusual access attempts, passcode resets, or configuration changes made between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on June 5, 2025.
2. Confirmation that no remote access or third-party lockout occurred via iCloud or another backdoor method.
3. Recommendations for reinforcing the security of my device, including whether an Apple Store diagnostic appointment or escalation to your Security Response Team is appropriate.
This situation undermines my ability to trust the security features of my Apple iPhone 11 and has placed me at increased personal and digital risk.
