Sarai Hannah Ajai Incident Report: Ongoing Digital Intrusions, Unauthorized Voicemail Deletion, and Verbal Admissions of Remote Device Access
LEGAL SUMMARY DOCUMENT
Subject: Ongoing Digital Intrusions, Unauthorized Voicemail Deletion, and Verbal Admissions of Remote Device Access
Prepared by: Sarai Hannah Ajai
Date of Incident: July 4, 2025
Time: Approximately 10:30 AM
From June 1 to July 4, 2025, I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, have endured persistent and escalating incidents of digital intrusion across my Verizon and Apple accounts and devices, including my Apple iPhone 11, Apple Watch Series 7, and Apple Mac Mini M1. During the month of June 2025 alone, I was forced to change my account credentials, comprising passwords, PINs, voicemail codes, Wi-Fi keys, and device passcodes no fewer than thirty (30) times. These updates occurred daily, and in some instances, multiple times per day. As of July 5, 2025, I have already performed six (6) full sets of credential resets, indicating that the breach attempts have not ceased and are continuing into the current month.
On the morning of July 4, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m., after rebooting my Apple iPhone 11, which had been powered off the previous evening due to concerns about repeated unauthorized access—I received a phone call from an unfamiliar number with a 615 area code. A voicemail message was left during the reboot process, but when I attempted to retrieve the message shortly after the device finished booting, I observed with my own eyes that the voicemail was deleted from my phone’s app screen in real time. I did not interact with the device in any way that could have initiated that deletion. This action appears to have been performed remotely, pointing to an unauthorized, possibly mirrored or intercepted, access path through either my carrier or device infrastructure.
Further escalating my concerns, on June 27, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., my neighbor, Ralencia Baker who resides in apartment unit 206 was overheard making a deeply troubling statement in the common hallway near my apartment unit (205), specifically in a blind spot outside the view of my Wyze and Ring security cameras. She declared, “You are sharing your Apple iPhone 11 and Apple’s ecosystem with me.” This statement was unsolicited and was made without any prior communication or consent from me. A few days prior to this incident, during the nighttime hours, a man with a heavy foreign accent stood outside my bedroom window, which is adjacent to the apartment foyer entrance, and made a similar comment implying unauthorized access or shared use of my personal devices. I have never granted anyone permission to access, clone, control, or otherwise interact with my Apple or Verizon services or hardware.
Collectively, these incidents constitute a serious breach of my digital rights and privacy and suggest that my communications infrastructure may be under external control or surveillance. I have reason to believe that my identity, cellular number, and connected Apple devices are being exploited without authorization for illicit purposes, potentially including the use of my cellular phone to facilitate criminal activity, avoid detection by law enforcement, or mask other users' locations and activities. The behavior of individuals in my building, particularly Ms. Baker and unidentified other tenants, strongly suggests that this unauthorized access is being conducted knowingly and deliberately, with possible intent to impersonate or digitally traffic my identity.
I am formally documenting these events and requesting immediate investigative action, including digital forensic reviews, IP trace logs, voicemail access history, Apple ID activity records, and mobile carrier routing metadata, especially from the dates of June 27 and July 5, 2025. The frequency of credential changes combined with real-time deletions and verbal admissions supports a conclusion that this situation is ongoing, criminal in nature, and likely to worsen without proper legal and cybersecurity intervention.
