Dear Verizon Security and Fraud Investigations Team,
I am writing to formally report ongoing, unauthorized access and potential remote intrusions involving my Apple iPhone 11, connected to my Verizon wireless account. Despite multiple efforts to secure my device and Apple ecosystem including a recent switch from eSIM to a physical SIM card. I continue to experience serious and invasive security breaches that strongly suggest mirrored sessions, ecosystem compromises, and unauthorized accesses by tenants.
Between June 1 and July 14, 2025, I have changed my Apple ID and local device credentials more than 48 times due to continued suspicious activities and indications that my device is being remotely accessed or mirrored without my acknowledgements and consents.
On July 10, 2025, I visited the Verizon store at the West Acres Mall around 5:30 PM. A Verizon associate named Sam assisted me in addressing my security concerns. Upon his recommendation, I transitioned my Apple iPhone 11 from eSIM to a physical SIM card in an effort to reset potential vulnerabilities and stop suspected remote accesses.
Due to Verizon system update delays, I left the store and returned at approximately 6:58 PM, at which time Sam completed the SIM card change. My hope was that this action would block any further unauthorized accesses by hackers particularly from individuals residing near me, including a tenants in apartment unit 206 who is persistently and unlawfully accessing my Apple iPhone 11 and associated Apple Ecosystem services through remote intrusion or unauthorized pairing with my SIM or IMEI number.
However, the problems have persisted. On July 11, 2025, I again changed all device passwords and reset my ASUS modem between 10:02 AM and 10:14 AM. Later that afternoon, I reinstalled four Nanoleaf smart light bulbs via the Nanoleaf app around 2:30 PM. By 4:00 PM, those devices had been inexplicably removed strongly indicating that someone continues to access my Apple ecosystem unlawfully.
Most disturbingly, on July 14, 2025, at approximately 1:23 PM, I observed that the Amazon Alexa routine on my Echo Show 5 and Dot devices had been altered. A routine, I created that stated “Sarai, motion is detected in your kitchen area” had been changed to a misspelled version (“Saria…”) and an offensive, and targeted phrase: “THIS SHIT, YOU NOT GAY BULLSHIT.” This behavior constitutes a psychological targeted harassments and a disturbing violations of my digital privacy and personal dignity.
I also have serious reason to believe that Ms. Baker, a tenant in apartment unit 206, may be involved in fabricating false legal claims, potentially using forged documents such as a falsified marriage license certificate to fraudulently access my personal information and digital accounts. For the record:
• I do not know Ms. Baker beyond a brief encounter in October 2023 when she requested food assistance.
• I am not in any personal or romantic relationship with her, nor have I ever entered into any marriage or civil union.
• I have never signed any marriage certificate, Power of Attorney, Affidavit, or Waived Rights document.
• Any such document bearing my name is fraudulent and unauthorized.
I have not authorized anyone to access, manage, or represent me on my behalf or my devices legally or digitally.
Requested Action:
I am requesting an immediate internal investigation into the security of my Verizon wireless account and its linkage to potential mirrored or remote sessions involving my Apple iPhone 11. Please verify:
• The integrity of the SIM change and its association with my device
• Whether there have been any unauthorized device or number pairings
• Any activity logs that indicate account access from unrecognized IPs, devices, or users
I believe this situation requires urgent attention from Verizon’s fraud, security, and legal departments. I would appreciate confirmation that my concerns are being investigated and would be grateful for a case reference number.
Sincerely,
Sarai Hannah Ajai
