RE: Formal Complaint Regarding Ongoing Harassments, Digital Intrusions, and Forgery by Tenant R*le*c*a B*k*r and Others at Apartments Complex
To Whom It May Concern:
I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, am submitting this formal complaint to document a series of hostile, unlawful, and deeply distressing actions that I have endured while residing at Apartments Complex. These actions involve ongoing harassments, identity thefts, mail tampering, digital surveillances, and suspected document forgery acts that have caused me significant psychological and emotional harm.
Specifically, I have been subjected to:
• Sexual Harassments and targeted intimidations by tenant Ms. R*le*c*a B*k*r.
• Identity Thefts involving unauthorized use of my personal information.
• Tampering with and thefts of U.S. Postal Service mail, including critical personal and legal correspondence.
• Suspected forgery of lease agreements bearing falsified versions of my signature.
• Unlawful access and control over my Verizon Apple iPhone 11 and Apple Mac Mini M1 ecosystem facilitated by breaches of my Apple ID, passcodes, and associated digital credentials.
These intrusions have enabled Ms. B*k*r and possibly other tenants to surveil my private communications, manipulate my digital accounts, and delete personal files violating my privacy and creating an environment of fear and vulnerability.
Further, I have reason to believe that these individuals are using my Apple iPhone 11, which they have unlawfully accessed and taken control of, in order to gain unauthorized entry into my Amazon Alexa app and alter the settings of my Ring surveillance camera notification routines. For example, my custom Alexa routine was originally configured to announce:
“Sarai, motion is detected in the Kitchen Area.”
However, after unauthorized access, the routine is surreptitiously altered to:
“Saria, motion is detected in the Kitchen area.”
This seemingly minor modification is part of a broader pattern of manipulation, evidently intended to undermine my sense of reality, induce psychological distress, and falsely portray me as delusional or mentally unstable.
To further substantiate the scope and persistence of these digital intrusions, I conducted a detailed review of all password and passcode changes across my devices over a three-month period: May, June, and July 2025. The results demonstrate a disturbing pattern of repeated, unauthorized credential activity that strongly supports my claim of ongoing external manipulation and device compromise.
May 2025
During the month of May, I recorded a total of 115 password and passcode changes across six personal devices. This includes repeated changes to access credentials that I did not initiate. Such frequency is not consistent with normal user behavior and suggests persistent efforts by unauthorized actors to intercept, clone, or remotely access my accounts and hardware:
• Verizon iPhone 11 Password: 24 changes
• iPhone 11 WiFi Password: 2 changes
• iPhone 11 Passcode: 24 changes
• Apple Watch 7 PIN: 22 changes
• Mac Mini (Eco-System Password): 21 changes
• Mac Mini (Device Password): 22 changes
These repeated changes point to a systematic attempt to bypass device security measures, forcibly lock me out of my own ecosystem, and assert control over my digital identity.
June 2025
Credential activity increased in June, with 138 recorded password-related events across the same devices. This escalation indicates a continued and possibly automated effort to compromise, monitor, and control my connected systems:
• Verizon iPhone 11 Password: 30 changes
• iPhone 11 WiFi Password: 2 changes
• iPhone 11 Passcode: 30 changes
• Apple Watch 7 PIN: 28 changes
• Mac Mini (Eco-System Password): 24 changes
• Mac Mini (Device Password): 24 changes
The surge in activity this month is particularly alarming and suggests an intensifying breach of my private information, including the possible use of advanced cloning tools or spyware.
July 2025
By July, the interference had grown even more aggressive. I documented 182 password and passcode changes, reflecting a staggering number of unauthorized actions that severely disrupted my digital safety and mental peace:
• Verizon iPhone 11 Password: 39 changes
• iPhone 11 WiFi Password: 3 changes
• iPhone 11 Passcode: 38 changes
• Apple Watch 7 PIN: 38 changes
• Mac Mini (Eco-System Password): 32 changes
• Mac Mini (Device Password): 32 changes
The relentless rate of these changes averaging more than five per day makes it clear that my devices were under ongoing attack and external control, denying me consistent access to my personal and professional information.
Cumulative Total (May–July 2025)
Across the three-month period, there were a total of 435 credential changes:
• Verizon iPhone 11 Passwords: 93
• iPhone 11 WiFi Passwords: 7
• iPhone 11 Passcodes: 92
• Apple Watch 7 PINs: 88
• Mac Mini Eco-System Passwords: 77
• Mac Mini Device Passwords: 78
This data reinforces the conclusion that these are not isolated incidents or coincidental errors but rather the result of a coordinated, unauthorized effort to surveil, disrupt, and potentially impersonate me digitally. Such interference has caused significant emotional distress, loss of productivity, and personal harm. I am requesting urgent legal and investigatory intervention.
Additionally, on August 4, 2025, at approximately 9:24 AM, I changed the network name (SSID) and password for my ASUS RT-AX1800S Dual Band Smart Wi-Fi 6 Router. However, just over an hour later, Ms. R*le*c*a B*k*r along with other tenants appears to have unlawfully gained access to my Midcontinent Communications, Inc. (“Midco”) network. This unauthorized access may have occurred through compromise of my Apple iPhone 11 passcode, possibly via IMEI spoofing, cloning, or device mirroring using Verizon or another unidentified cellular service provider.
It is important to note that my ASUS Router app on the iPhone 11 is locked, and the only plausible methods for unauthorized access would involve bypassing biometric facial recognition or obtaining my passcode potentially through vulnerabilities within Apple’s internal security features or Verizon’s account security systems. Once access to the ASUS Router app was gained, the intruders navigated to the router settings as follows:
Settings → WiFi → Wireless Settings → Network Settings → Share WiFi Network,
where they could obtain my updated SSID and network password to use my Wi-Fi connection for “FREE” without authorizations.
Despite these intrusions, I have been unable to detect their devices on the network, suggesting the use of masked IP addresses or cloned routers. This points to a broader attempt to mirror or clone my ASUS router, thereby concealing their identities and actions. These activities constitute a serious breach of privacy, network security, and potentially criminal identity thefts conducted without my acknowledgements or legal consents.
Another troubling situation involves the abnormal behavior of my Verizon Apple iPhone 11. When I attempt to use standard Verizon call forwarding verification codes, such as *#21# or *#67#, I consistently receive an error message stating:
*"Welcome to Verizon. We are unable to complete your call. To speak to a customer service representative, please hang up and dial 611."
This persistent failure to access Verizon’s shortcut dialing features raises serious concerns.
I strongly suspect that Ms. R*le*c*a B*k*r and other tenants have unlawfully gained control over my Verizon iPhone 11 through spoofing, cloning, or device mirroring. Their interference appears to block these essential verification tools in order to conceal their unauthorized access and continued surveillance. I should be able to use Verizon’s standard features to manage my account, yet these basic functions are being suppressed creating a distressing and alarming experience.
Further, I believe these individuals are impersonating Verizon support staff. When I make or receive calls related to Verizon or Apple account issues, the individuals answering often pose as official representatives, but my concerns are never resolved. Instead, calls are abruptly disconnected, and my complaints are ignored. This raises the disturbing possibility that these tenants have inserted themselves into my communications to control, monitor, or distort the narrative surrounding their unauthorized activities.
This situation has placed me at significant personal risk. Their actions have resulted in severe emotional distress and have subjected me to law enforcement investigations and judicial hearings where my constitutional rights and civil liberties are being jeopardized. These impersonations and intrusions not only violate my privacy but also undermine my ability to exercise my legal rights and protect myself through proper communication channels.
To be clear, I have never authorized or employed any individual to act as my personal phone operator or manage my telecommunications. These unlawful impersonations constitute a serious threat to my safety, legal standing, and civil rights evening in a 911 call to the Law Enforcement Dispatchers. Immediate legal and technical investigation is warranted to uncover and address the full extent of this ongoing digital exploitation.
These violations, led by Ms. R*le*c*a B*k*r and potentially other tenants, represent a coordinated, premeditated attempt to invade my privacy, interfere with my digital property, and damage my reputation and well-being.
I respectfully request a full investigation into these matters and that appropriate legal and protective actions be taken to ensure my safety, restore my digital security, and hold the responsible parties accountable.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
Sincerely,
Sarai Hannah Ajai
