Sarai Hannah Ajai | Complaint — Suspected Unfair/Deceptive Practices, Unauthorized Access/Exfiltration of Data, Improper YouTube Copyright Strike, and Theft of Proprietary Source Code

To Whom It May Concern:

I, Sarai Hannah Ajai (“Complainant”), submit this complaint regarding conduct that I believe constitutes unfair or deceptive acts or practices affecting consumers and small creators, including: (1) unauthorized access and exfiltration of data from my home network and Apple Mac mini (M1); (2) an improper copyright claim/strike by a third-party claimant on YouTube that suppressed my original work; and (3) suspected theft/copying of proprietary software from my workstation (folders listed below), all occurring over my broadband connection provided by Midcontinent Communications (“Midco”). See Exhibits A and B.

Parties and Services Involved

Complainant: Sarai Hannah Ajai (information above).

ISP: Midcontinent Communications (Midco) – home broadband service.

Platform: YouTube/Google LLC – video hosting and Content ID enforcement.

Third-Party Claimant: “7 HALL BEATS” / EXMGE (music publishing) (as shown in YouTube’s claim dialog).

Factual Summary and Timeline

1. Creation of Original Work (Oct 5, 2025).

I composed an original instrumental, “Field of Joy,” using Suno/Sora/Canva. I can provide project files, exports, and device metadata from my Mac mini (M1) establishing authorship and timestamps.

2. YouTube Copyright Strike (Oct 24, 2025 ~10:21 PM).

My channel, Quantaudio Studio, received a copyright claim/strike alleging my audio duplicates a track uploaded by “7 HALL BEATS” with claimant EXMGE (music publishing) (claimed overlap at 0:27–1:59). I have no relationship with that claimant and categorically deny infringement.

Exhibit A: YouTube Studio “Content details/claim” screenshot.

3. Ongoing Network/Device Concerns.

I have a good-faith basis to suspect my workstation or home network was remotely mirrored or cloned (or otherwise accessed without authorization) via my Midco connection, enabling a third party to obtain my creative works prior to publication.

4. New Allegation — Source-Code Exfiltration/Theft.

I further suspect that proprietary software folders were copied from my Mac mini without authorization:

o VaultInbox web application: VaultInbox_0.0.1a

o AccouNetrics (iVoteBallot) web application: IVOTEBALLOT_PROTOTYPE_4

These directories contain original code, design assets, file hierarchies, and confidential business materials. I can provide directory trees, file-hash inventories (SHA-***), and Git/build artifacts demonstrating provenance and timelines.

5. Prior Platform Action.

I submitted a dispute/takedown request to YouTube (Oct 24, 2025). The strike impact and visibility restrictions have harmed my channel reach, reputation, and revenue prospects.

Consumer Harm

Suppression of lawful content by a potentially erroneous or abusive copyright claim.

Loss of competitive advantage and commercial value due to suspected source-code exfiltration.

Time and expense to investigate, document, and remediate potential network intrusion.

Reputational damage to my channel and business (Quantaudio Studio, AccouNetrics/VaultInbox).

Requested Agencies Actions

1. Investigate and/or Coordinate Referrals regarding the above conduct as potential unfair or deceptive practices that harm creators and small businesses, including any abuse or misuse of platform copyright enforcement mechanisms that suppress legitimate content.

2. Issue Preservation Requests/Guidance to the following entities regarding records from Sept 1, 2025 to present:

o Midco: IP assignments, modem/router auth, DHCP/RADIUS, CGNAT/NAT logs, security/abuse tickets related to my service, and any indicators of remote access or anomalous traffic.

o YouTube/Google: Content ID reference fingerprints, match logs, claim creation/modification history, internal review notes, and communications with the claimant (EXMGE/“7 HALL BEATS”).

o (If needed) Apple: Account/device security and login event history tied to my Apple ID and Mac mini (M1).

3. Platform Accountability Guidance.

Encourage transparent disclosure from YouTube of the precise fingerprint/reference and decision basis for the claim against my work, and ensure prompt reversal of erroneous strikes where creators provide credible proof of originality.

4. Consumer Redress/Relief Recommendations.

Recommend measures to mitigate my losses (e.g., removal of strike, restoration of visibility, assistance with detection of further misuse of my content/code, and notification if my data appears in future claims).

5. Referral to Appropriate Authorities (e.g., Agencies, state AG) if indicia of computer intrusion are identified.
