Unauthorized Hacking of Samsung A14 Cellular Device and Access to Google Drive Account Resulting in Derogatory, Sexually Harassing Folder Title

Statement of Complaint

I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, hereby submit this formal complaint to document an incident involving unauthorized access, electronic intrusion, and electronic harassment targeting my personal Samsung A14 cellular phone and associated Google Drive account. The matter described represents potential violations of multiple Federal criminal statutes, including but not limited to:

Applicable Federal Statutes Potentially Violated

• 18 U.S.C. § 1030 – Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA)

Prohibits intentional unauthorized access to a protected computer or device.

• 18 U.S.C. § 2511 – Federal Wiretap Act

Prohibits the intentional interception, access, or acquisition of electronic communications.

• 18 U.S.C. § 2261A – Interstate Stalking or Harassment via Electronic Communications

Prohibits electronically harassing, intimidating, or causing substantial emotional distress across states or digital platforms.

Additional state criminal statutes, depending on jurisdiction, may also apply regarding electronic harassment, cyberstalking, unauthorized computer access, and digital sexual harassment.

Statement of Events

On November 29, 2025, at approximately 2:54 PM, I discovered that an unknown individual had unlawfully and without authorization accessed my Samsung A14 cellular phone, which I use primarily for a Smart Watch monitoring system and do not regularly use for personal communication.

While reviewing my Google Drive, I observed evidence indicating that the unauthorized party had:

1. Gained access to my Google Drive account without my authorization,

2. Created a folder with a derogatory and sexually harassing title, specifically labeled:

“MYY<<>>PUuSY..”,

3. Possibly attempted to add files or images, although the folders themselves appeared empty at the time I viewed them.

Subsequently, Google issued a security prompt notifying me of suspicious account activity associated with the following email address:

tracy.pearsonin@ugelilo.moqueguae…

The Google Drive security message asked whether I wished to block this individual, stating:

“Block this person?

This person will no longer be able to interact with you in Google Drive and certain other Google products.”

I confirm that:

• I do not know this individual.

• I never granted access to this email address.

• I have no knowledge of how this person gained access to my device or Google Drive account.

• I have never shared my Google Drive with this person nor initiated any contact.

This incident constitutes a severe breach of my digital privacy, potentially involving electronic harassment and the use of sexually explicit or derogatory content intended to intimidate or distress me.

I respectfully submit this report for formal documentation and potential investigation.
