Sarai Hannah Ajai | USPS Mail Theft & Missing Government Mail Complaint
Complainant: Sarai Hannah Ajai
Address: Redacted
Mailbox: Residential Mailbox #205
1. Nature of Complaint
This complaint concerns:
• Missing federal government mail
• Suspected mail theft, mail interference, or misdelivery
• A compromised mailbox in poor physical condition
• Failure of USPS Informed Delivery to show required images for important mail
• Potential unauthorized use of stolen federal documents
2. Missing Supreme Court Mail — Critical Federal Document
A document from the Supreme Court of the United States, dated October 30, 2025, never appeared in Informed Delivery and was never delivered to mailbox #205.
There was:
• No USPS Informed Delivery image
• No “mailpiece” notification
• No physical delivery to my mailbox
• No placement in the building’s mailroom
• No notice of attempted delivery
I waited until November 17, 2025, well beyond a normal delivery window, to confirm that the item was missing.
This missing document concerns an active Supreme Court docket, Case No. 25-5*** (Redacted), and should have been delivered as government correspondence.
See Exhibit B: Email from the Supreme Court Electronic Filing System dated October 30, 2025, confirming the docket entry and expected mailing.
3. Evidence of Prior Supreme Court Delivery (Proves Contrast)
On September 22, 2025, I did receive a Supreme Court document related to the same case, and it appeared properly in my USPS Informed Delivery notification with image to my email account.
• The item appeared in Informed Delivery
• The item had a digital image
• The item was physically delivered to mailbox #205
This demonstrates that previous Supreme Court mail was processed and delivered correctly, but the October 30, 2025 document was not.
See Exhibit A: The USPS Informed Delivery Daily Digest email dated September 22, 2025 showing successful delivery of past Supreme Court mail.
4. Condition of Mailbox #205 — Security Failure
My residential mailbox (#205) is in damaged, insure condition, specificially:
• The mailbox door hinges are loose and misaligned,
• Opening the mailbox often causes the door to detach entirely,
• The mailbox can be pried open easily with a flat tool (e.g., a metal nail file),
• This creates direct vulnerability to thefts or tampering,
• My building previously changed mailbox keys due to theft issues dated on April 1, 2025, and
• There have been prior issues of mail theft reported in my building including myself,
This unsafe infrastructure of my mailbox #205 allows unauthorized individuals to access my USPS delivered Mail Documents without force or detection.
5. Pattern of Mail Problems and Missing Federal Correspondence
There is a history of:
• Delayed mail,
• Mail not appearing in my Informed Delivery Sent Email Notification,
• Mail missing upon arrival,
• Mailbox tampering, and
• Federal mail (including court documents) not reaching me
This missing Supreme Court mailing is part of a broader pattern affecting my residence and mailbox unit, 205.
5A. Concern Regarding Possible Unauthorized Use of My Stolen Mail
Due to the compromised condition of mailbox #205 and prior mail theft incidents, I have serious reason to believe that stolen or intercepted federal correspondence addressed to me may be used for identity-related or fraudulent activities.
I am concerned that unknown individuals may be:
• Accessing or stealing my federal mail,
• Using government-issued correspondence to falsely present themselves as me,
• Attempting to verify identity, claim benefits, or impersonate me without consent National Security Verification, and
• Using sensitive mail for unlawful or nefarious purposes
This represents a critical risk of identity thefts, mail frauds, unauthorized accesses, and interference with official government documents.
I request that USPS escalate this component of the complaint for federal-level review.
6. Request for Investigation
I request a full investigation into:
1. The missing Supreme Court document dated October 30, 2025,
2. Whether it was scanned, sorted, or out-for-delivery,
3. Whether it was misdelivered, intercepted, or stolen,
4. Whether any federal mail addressed to me has been returned to sender,
5. Route-level or facility-level irregularities for my address,
6. The compromised condition of mailbox #205, and
7. Potential unauthorized use of my stolen mail
Because this involves federal court correspondence, I request escalation to:
• USPS Office of Inspector General (OIG)
• United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS)
Respectfully,
Sarai Hannah Ajai
