Sarai Hannah Ajai’s Complaint — Suspected Unauthorized Interception/Exfiltration Over Broadband Service (M**co); Request for Preservation of Carrier Records; Related Harm to Original Content and Business Assets

To Whom It May Concern:

I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, file this complaint regarding suspected unauthorized access, interception, and/or exfiltration of data from my home network and Apple Mac mini (M1) delivered over my broadband service provided by M**co*****nt Com*********** (“M**co”). I also report resulting harm, including a disputed copyright strike on YouTube that suppressed my original work and suspected copying of proprietary source code from my workstation.

While I recognize the *** does not adjudicate copyright, these harms are downstream effects of the suspected communications-network intrusion and are provided for context.

Parties

Subscriber/Complainant: Sarai Hannah Ajai (address above).

ISP: M**co******* Com*********** (“M**co”).

Platform (context only): YouTube/Google LLC.

Third-party claimant (context only): “7 HALL BEATS” / EXMGE (music publishing).

Timeline (abbrev.)

1. Oct 5, 2025: I created an original instrumental (“Field of Joy”). I can provide project files and device metadata proving authorship.

2. Oct 24, 2025 (~10:21 PM): My YouTube channel received a copyright claim alleging overlap with a third-party track; I deny any infringement.

3. Ongoing: I have a good-faith basis to suspect my system/network was remotely mirrored/cloned via my M**co connection.

4. New allegation: Proprietary code folders appear exfiltrated from my Apple Mac Mini M1 without authorization:

o VaultInbox_0.0.1a (VaultInbox web app)

o IVOTEBALLOT_PROTOTYPE_4 (AccouNetrics/iVoteBallot)

*** Interests Implicated

Potential unauthorized interception or access involving a telecommunications/broadband provider.

Potential issues relating to customer proprietary network information (CPNI) and safeguarding subscriber data/traffic.

Need for timely preservation of provider logs that may evidence intrusion vectors or abuse.

Requests to the ***

1. Open an inquiry and/or refer to appropriate units regarding suspected unauthorized access/exfiltration over my M**co service.

2. Issue/urge a preservation hold to M**co for Sept 1, 2025–present on: IP assignments, DHCP/RADIUS, CMTS, CGNAT/NAT translations, modem/router auth logs, abuse/security tickets, and any anomaly/IDS alerts tied to my account/service address.

3. Coordinate referrals (as appropriate) with law-enforcement agencies and other agencies.

4. Engage YouTube (contextual) to share any network/claim metadata that may corroborate timing or misuse, while acknowledging copyright determinations fall outside ***’s remit.

Evidence (initial set)

Exhibit A: YouTube claim dialog screenshot (impact/timestamps).

Exhibit B: Additional screenshots corroborating dates.

Exhibit C (on request): Original music project files/exports with creation metadata.

Exhibit D (on request): Directory trees + S**-256 hash lists for VaultInbox_0.0.1a and IVOTEBALLOT_PROTOTYPE_4, and any Git/build artifacts.

I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I will promptly supply any additional documentation requested.

Respectfully submitted,

Sarai Hannah Ajai
