Sarai Hannah Ajai's Unauthorized Interference Resulting in Lockout of Apple Mac Mini M1 Login Credentials

Incident Date: November 25, 2025

Incident Time: Approximately 8:55 PM

Complainant: Sarai Hannah Ajai

Location: Apartment Unit 205

Incident Title: Unauthorized Interference Resulting in Lockout of Apple Mac Mini M1 Login Credentials

I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, submit this complaint to document a serious incident involving unauthorized interference with my personal electronic device, an Apple Mac Mini M1, on November 25, 2025. The events described implicate potential violations of federal statutes governing unauthorized access to electronic devices, electronic harassment, and interference with protected communications, including but not limited to:

18 U.S.C. § 1030 (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act – Unauthorized Access to Protected Devices),

18 U.S.C. § 2511 (Wiretap Act – Interception or Interference with Electronic Communications), and

18 U.S.C. § 2261A (Interstate Stalking and Harassment Through Electronic Means).

Statement of Events

On November 25, 2025, at approximately 3:06 PM, I lawfully changed my Apple Mac Mini M1 login password through the standard macOS password-change procedure. The password and confirmation were entered successfully, and the system accepted the new credentials without issue.

Later that evening, at approximately 8:45 PM, I was working on Quantaudio Studio content for my upcoming video “City on a Hill | Session II | Light in the Lord (Instrumental)”. While drafting an email to myself to transmit the legal-license document for that project, my Mac Mini suddenly became unresponsive. The cursor changed to the macOS rotating wait cursor (“beach ball”) and remained frozen on my LG Smart TV monitor for several minutes. During this period, I was unable to use my keyboard or mouse.

While this was occurring, I heard the voice of Ms. **len*ia B**er, the tenant residing in Unit 206, speaking loudly in the common hallway outside my closed door. I distinctly heard her state:

“We locked you out of your computer because you have locked us out of your phone.”

This statement was made at approximately 8:55 PM and directly referenced my personal iPhone 17 and Mac Mini M1. I had not given Ms. B**ker, her daughter, or any other individual permission to access, control, attempt to access, interfere with, or manipulate any of my electronic devices, accounts, or network connections.

Following this verbal statement from next door, my Mac Mini login password which had worked earlier that day, began failing repeatedly. After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, the system began imposing escalating lockout intervals (1 minute, 3 minutes, then 15 minutes). This further indicates unauthorized interference or manipulation of the authentication flow.

Forced Recovery and System Reset Procedure

Due to complete inability to log in using the password I had set earlier, I was forced to enter macOS Recovery Mode by holding the power button and accessing:

1. Options → Forget All Passwords

2. Re-entering my Apple iCloud account email and password

3. Completing the “Authentication Succeeded” verification

4. Navigating to Utilities → Terminal

5. Executing the command resetpassword

6. Proceeding through:

o Deactivate Mac

o Activation Lock (requiring Apple ID credentials again)

o Reset Password (final password creation, confirmation, and hint entry)

The above sequence was not routine maintenance—it was required due to being locked out of my own device despite using the correct password.

The photographs taken with my iPhone 17, which I have preserved as evidence, document each step of this forced recovery process.

Legal Concerns and Basis for Complaint

The nature of this incident raises substantial concerns regarding:

Unauthorized access or attempted access to a protected electronic device (18 U.S.C. § 1030);

Interference with electronic communications, signals, or device functions (18 U.S.C. § 2511);

Harassment and intimidation through electronic means (18 U.S.C. § 2261A);

Invasion of privacy and interference with personal property rights;

Potential tampering with digital authentication credentials, including passwords and account-linked login systems.

The statement made by Ms. B**er in the hallway directly linked her behavior to the lockout of my device and constitutes an admission of intentional electronic interference.

I have retained all photographic evidence and contemporaneous notes documenting the freeze event, lockout messages, and the complete system-recovery protocol that I was forced to execute.

Request for Investigation and Record

I respectfully request that this incident be formally documented and investigated. The interference with my Mac Mini login credentials, the verbal admission by the neighboring tenant, and the resulting forced recovery all demonstrate potential violations of federal law and ongoing personal security concerns.

I certify that the above statements are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
