Time: Approximately 5:50 PM

Primary Location: Inside my residence, Apartment Unit 2**

Incident Area (source of statement): Common area/hallway outside my unit (voice heard at a distance from my front door).

 5) Summary of Incident

On January 14, 2026, while I was seated at my bedroom desk inside Apartment Unit 2**, I heard a female voice in the common area/hallway area outside my apartment. The voice made a statement to the effect of:

“I am married to her (Ms. Baker), and I am her husband.”

I am reporting this as harassment and a false statement. I am not married to R*l*n*ia B*k*r, I have no legal marital relationship with her, and I do not consent to being publicly described as her spouse or husband. This allegation is distressing and reputationally harmful.

Due to the distance from my front door at the time, I cannot confirm whether my Ring Doorbell or Wyze cameras captured audio of this statement. However, I maintain ongoing surveillance coverage inside and outside my unit and can preserve any available footage if requested.

 6) Related Prior Statements / Conduct (Context)

I am including the following prior incidents as context because they appear connected to an ongoing pattern of harassment, stalking behavior, and intrusive statements directed at me:

A. January 8, 2026 (Approx. 3:05 PM) — Alleged statement of device control

On January 8, 2026, at approximately 3:05 PM, while I was taking out the trash and walking past Apartment Unit 2**, I heard a statement coming from behind the door of Unit 2**, substantially similar to:

“I am now in control of your iPhone and you and all your activities, and you do not trust me.”

I did not consent to any access to my devices, accounts, or personal information. I report this statement as threatening and indicative of attempted intimidation.

B. October 1, 2023 — Door contact request

On or about October 1, 2023, Ms. B*k*r knocked on my door requesting food assistance and money for her cellular disruption that she need to add fund. I had limited contact for approximately the first two weeks of October 2023 and then ceased contact due to escalating issues.

C. Early October 2023 — Property and sexual harassment allegations

During the first two weeks of October 2023, Ms. B*k*r engaged in conduct I perceived as harassing and inappropriate, including:

• Allegations directed at me that I interpreted as false accusations, Ms. B*k*r accused me of stealing my own identity from her.

• An incident in which milk was poured onto my carpet in my presence.

• Explicit sexual gestures directed at me.

After these events, I stopped answering my door to avoid further confrontation. I also recall statements that I interpreted as implying control or ownership over me, which I found threatening and demeaning.

 7) Impact

These statements and related conduct have caused me significant distress and fear for my privacy and safety. The marital claim in particular is reputationally harmful and appears intended to provoke, harass, or falsely portray a relationship that does not exist.
