My name is Sarai Hannah Ajai. I previously submitted a fair housing complaint online. I am submitting this fax to request verification and to document a communication-integrity concern affecting my ability to safely participate in the complaint process.

Requests

1. Confirm receipt of my complaint and provide the H*D inquiry/case number (or other official reference number).

2. Confirm whether the matter has been referred to any state or local partner agency (including the name of the receiving agency and the referral date, if applicable).

3. Provide the correct official contact for follow-up (name, direct line, and official email address) and confirm the preferred method for secure submission of documents.

Communication-Integrity Concern (Impersonation/Spoofing)

On December 30, 2025 at approximately 8:32 AM, I received a voicemail from (701) 328-3228. The voicemail indicated an alleged government-affiliation and referenced a H*D-related housing complaint. Because caller identification can be spoofed and because the callback number appeared publicly associated with a private business number, I am requesting verification through official H*D channels.

Request for Secure Communications

Due to ongoing concerns about missing mail and the risk of impersonation, I respectfully request that H*D communicate with me via written email and/or verified H*D phone numbers going forward, and that any mailed correspondence be treated as secondary.
