Sarai Hannah Ajai Suspected Unauthorized Apple Account Change, Verbal Harassment, and Missing/Delayed Amazon Deliveries (Jan 4–Jan 7, 2026)

INCIDENT REPORT / COMPLAINT

Subject: Suspected Unauthorized Apple Account Change, Verbal Harassment, and Missing/Delayed Amazon Deliveries (Jan 4–Jan 7, 2026)

1) Reporting Party

Name: Sarai Hannah Ajai

Residence: Apartment Unit 2*5

Date Prepared: January 7, 2026

Primary Devices Involved: Apple iPhone 17 (received Oct 22, 2025) and Apple Mac Mini (M1)

2) Summary of Complaint

I am reporting a sequence of events beginning early Sunday morning, January 4, 2026, involving:

1. A suspected unauthorized change/removal of my Apple iCloud account photograph shortly after I adjusted iPhone Screen Time restrictions;

2. A verbal statement heard outside my apartment door referencing my photograph being “taken down;”

3. A later sexually harassing verbal statement referencing package theft (not visually confirmed at the moment); and

4. A missing/delayed Amazon order (total $137.90) with tracking/custody status that I found inconsistent or unclear, prompting me to contact both US*S and Amazon for investigation and refund processing.

I am requesting the incident be documented with an official case/incident number, and I am requesting follow-up guidance and investigation regarding harassment concerns and the delivery chain-of-custody issue.

3) Locations

Primary Location: Inside my apartment, Unit 205 (bedroom desk area), and the common hallway area outside my front door.

Related Location: Apartment complex grounds (delivery area / mail area as applicable).

4) Detailed Timeline (Chronological)

A. January 4, 2026 (Sunday) — Apple iCloud Photograph Removed / Missing

Approx. 12:01 AM: I observed my Apple iCloud account photograph appeared to be deleted/removed without my consent. This occurred shortly after I activated:

Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Accounts → Don’t Allow on my iPhone.

I did not authorize any person to access my Apple account or remove my iCloud photograph.

B. January 4, 2026 (Sunday) — Verbal Statement Heard in Common Area (Photograph Reference)

While inside my apartment, I heard a loud verbal statement from the common area outside my door.

Based on prior familiarity, I believe the voice was from R*l**c*a B*k*r (Unit 2*6).

The statement was substantially similar to:

“I HAVE TAKEN DOWN YOUR PHOTOGRAPH BECAUSE I DO NOT LOOK LIKE YOU.”

Visual confirmation limitation: I could not visually confirm the speaker’s exact location or identity at that moment. My installed cameras did not capture a clear visual of any individual corresponding to the voice due to known blind spots and limited range.

C. January 4, 2026 (Sunday) — 911 Call and Officer Response

Approx. 12:11 AM: Due to ongoing concerns about unauthorized access to my devices and the statement I heard, I called 911.

During the call, I was directed to the Red River Police Department (not the Fargo Police dispatcher).

Approx. 12:30 AM: An officer arrived and took my concerns. I was not provided a police report number/case number at the time.

D. January 4, 2026 (Sunday) — Additional Verbal Statement Heard About Package Theft

Later on January 4, I did not receive the expected delivery as scheduled.

I heard another statement that I believe came from the same neighboring tenant (identity not visually confirmed at that moment).

The statement included sexually explicit/harassing language and asserted my package had been stolen.

o For professionalism, I am documenting that the statement was sexually explicit and referenced stealing my package.

o I can provide the exact wording to law enforcement/investigators upon request.

E. December 31, 2025 – January 7, 2026 — Missing/Delayed Amazon Order (Total $137.90)

I was expecting delivery of an Amazon order containing:

o NETGEAR Nighthawk Dual-Band WiFi 7 Router (RS100)

o Bamllum Rubber Kitchen Dishwashing Gloves (4 pairs)

Amazon order referenced in my records/communications: Order #112-4484***-595****, total $137.90 (order placed Dec 31, 2025).

Tracking pages reflected delays and presented unclear custody/chain-of-custody, contributing to my concern given the harassment statements described above.

5) Shipment Tracking / Custody Concerns

A. US*S Contact (January 7, 2026)

Approx. 11:25 AM: I called US*S customer service (800-275-8777) for approximately 14 minutes.

The US*S representative stated US*S did not have the package(s) in their custody and indicated the items had not been received by US*S for delivery.

B. Tracking Identifiers and Status Indicators (as shown in my records/screenshots)

US*S Tracking ID shown on Amazon: 936128971705932*******

US*S Informed Delivery language: “Departed Shipping Partner Facility, US*S Awaiting Item” and indicates the shipping partner is Amazon (suggesting the parcel may not yet have been physically accepted/scanned into US*S custody).

Amazon tracking pages also displayed delay notices including:

o Delay due to severe weather in the delivery network and an estimated arrival by January 9; and

o A note indicating the package was delayed due to a late arrival at an Amazon facility, and that it was previously expected earlier.

Reason for concern: A tracking number exists and updates appear on both Amazon and US*S views, yet US*S advised they did not have the item(s) in custody. I am requesting clarification and investigation into the handoff/chain-of-custody from Amazon → shipping partner processing → US*S acceptance.

6) Amazon Customer Service Chat and Refund Ticket

Date: January 7, 2026

Chat Start: 12:10 PM

Chat End: 12:33 PM

Amazon representative (“P**ja”) confirmed the router item and processed a cancellation/refund request.

Amazon Ticket ID: 8d****0c-ef*6-4a44-8**d-71040*******

Amazon stated I would receive email confirmation within 24 hours and a refund once cancellation completes.

(Full transcript is preserved and can be provided as an attachment.)

7) Evidence and Attachments Available (Summary)

1. Screenshots of Amazon tracking showing delay notices, estimated delivery date(s), and tracking ID.

2. Screenshot(s) of the Amazon Orders page showing order number, total, and items.

3. US*S Informed Delivery screenshots showing “Shipping Partner / US*S Awaiting Item” and scan history.

4. Amazon chat transcript and ticket ID confirmation.

5. Any Apple account/security logs I can retrieve (device list, sign-in history, security notifications), upon request.

6. 911 call record and/or dispatch record (if obtainable from the responding agency).

8) Individuals Referenced

R*l**c*a B*k*r (Unit 2*6): referenced due to voice recognition based on prior familiarity; not visually confirmed at the moment of the statements.

Other unnamed individuals/tenants: referenced only in the context of ongoing concerns about unauthorized device access and deliveries.

9) Requested Action / What I Am Asking For

1. A formal incident/case number for the January 4, 2026 report and documentation of the verbal harassment statements.

2. Guidance and follow-up steps regarding suspected unauthorized access to my Apple account/devices (including recommended evidence preservation).

3. If applicable, investigation into delivery chain-of-custody (Amazon → shipping partner → US*S), including whether/when US*S accepted the parcel.

4. If submitted to property management: review of building surveillance coverage, assessment of blind spots, and corrective measures for delivery security.

10) Certification

I certify that the statements above are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, based on what I observed, heard, and documented.
