Sarai Hannah Ajai Formal Complaint Concerning Sexual Harassment, Suspected Communications Interference, and Threats to Personal Security

 To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to formally document and report serious and ongoing concerns involving suspected interference with my communications, possible unauthorized access to or compromise of my electronic devices and financial affairs, sexual harassment, coercive intimidation, privacy violations, and hostile housing conditions affecting my safety, privacy, and quiet enjoyment of my residence.

This complaint is submitted so that a formal record exists of these incidents and concerns, and so that appropriate investigative, protective, and record-preservation measures may be undertaken without delay.

I. March 19, 2026 Incident Involving Emergency, Police, and Bank-Related Calls

On March 19, 2026, I placed and received calls relating to my safety and financial security. My iPhone call log reflects the following sequence of activity during the incident period:

• a 911 emergency call at approximately 4:02 PM;
• a return call from No Caller ID at approximately 4:07 PM, which I understood to be a local police return call; and
• a call to 1 (800) 972-3030 at approximately 4:10 PM, which I identify as Fifth Third Bank.

The bank call lasted approximately 34 minutes, and the police return call lasted approximately 2 minutes. I am prepared to provide a screenshot of the call log as supporting documentation.

These calls were made in connection with serious concerns involving my legal rights, personal security, and banking matters. Following these events, I became concerned that my communications may have been interfered with, disrupted, monitored, intercepted, or otherwise affected without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize any third party to access, monitor, redirect, or interfere with my telephone communications.

II. Reported Sexually Explicit Threatening Statement

During the same general period on March 19, 2026, while I was seated at my desk inside my apartment, I heard a person in the common area make a sexually explicit and threatening statement to the following effect: “We have hacked into your bank account because you refused to suck cock.”

I understood this statement as:

• a direct act of sexual harassment;
• coercive intimidation tied to refusal of unwanted sexual conduct;
• a threat and taunt intended to humiliate, frighten, and dominate;
• and an asserted admission, whether truthful or not, of interference with my financial affairs.

Whether that statement was intended as a literal admission, a threat, a boast, or psychological intimidation, it caused me severe distress and substantially heightened my fear that I was being subjected to ongoing sexual harassment, retaliation, intimidation, and unlawful interference with my communications and banking matters.

III. Device-Integrity and Privacy Concerns

I am further concerned that my personal electronic devices, including my iPhone 17 and Mac Mini M1, may have been accessed, altered, monitored, mirrored, cloned, or otherwise compromised without my authorization. I have not consented to any third-party surveillance, monitoring, interception, manipulation, or control of my devices, communications, files, or settings.

I have also not been served with any warrant, court order, or other lawful notice authorizing surveillance, interception, or intrusion into my devices or communications. To the extent any such activity has occurred, it appears to have occurred without my consent and outside any lawful notice provided to me.

I also have concerns regarding unauthorized file deletions, unexplained changes to settings, possible downloading which already happen once, manipulation of personal and business-related materials, and interference with documents and work connected to VaultInbox.Cloud.

IV. Hostile Housing Conditions and Sexual Harassment

In addition to the communications and device-related concerns described above, I am experiencing an ongoing distress arising from the conduct of certain tenants whose behavior I reasonably perceive as constituting sexual harassment, coercive intimidation, invasion of privacy, and creation of a hostile living environment.

I am a private individual and have the right to reside in my dwelling peacefully, maintain personal boundaries, and refuse unwanted interaction without being subjected to sexual harassment, retaliation, intimidation, hostility, surveillance, interference with my communications, or interference with my personal property and affairs.

The conduct at issue, as I have experienced it, is not merely unwelcome neighbor interaction or social friction. Rather, I believe it involves sexualized, threatening, coercive, retaliatory, and intrusive behavior that has undermined my sense of safety and security in my own residence.

I am also concerned that I have been subjected to continuing hostility because I do not wish to engage with certain tenants and do not consent to unwanted interactions or conduct of a sexualized or coercive nature. To the extent complaints have been made against me merely because I keep to myself, decline unwanted interaction, or refuse conduct I find threatening or improper, such circumstances further contribute to the hostile environment I am experiencing.

V. Mail, Communications, and Financial Security Concerns

I also have serious concerns regarding:

• possible interference with my communications;
• possible interference with my banking affairs;
• missing or compromised mail;
• interference with federally protected delivered USPS mail;
• and unauthorized access to, or tampering with, personal records and sensitive information.

Whether considered individually or collectively, these incidents have caused me to fear an ongoing violations of my privacy, interference with my financial and legal affairs, and escalating threats to my personal security and quiet enjoyment of my residence.

VI. Harm and Impact

The cumulative effect of these events has been severe. As a result of the incidents and circumstances described above, I have experienced substantial distress, loss of peace in my residence, fear concerning the integrity of my devices and communications, fear concerning my financial security, and fear that I am being subjected to continuing sexual harassment, intimidation, and retaliation without meaningful protection or intervention.

These concerns implicate not only my personal privacy and security, but also my ability to safely communicate with law enforcement, financial institutions, and other entities regarding matters affecting my legal rights and personal welfare.

VII. Request for Investigation, Protective Measures, and Preservation of Records

Given the seriousness of these matters, I respectfully request the following:

1. A formal investigation into any unauthorized interference with my calls, communications, devices, mail, electronic accounts, files, and financial affairs.
2. A formal review and clarification as to whether any lawful surveillance, monitoring, interception, or investigative activity has been authorized in relation to me.
3. Immediate preservation of all relevant records, including but not limited to:
• call logs and telecommunications records;
• security-camera footage and surveillance footage;
• maintenance-entry records and access logs;
• tenant complaints, incident reports, and management records;
• banking-access records to the extent available by lawful process;
• electronic-device records, account-access records, and related metadata;
• and any other records that may reasonably bear upon the incidents described herein.
4. Appropriate action to address sexual harassment and hostile housing conditions, including steps necessary to protect my safety, privacy, quiet enjoyment, and ability to live free from coercion, intimidation, and sexually harassing conduct.
5. Written guidance concerning the steps I may take to further protect my rights, personal security, devices, communications, financial accounts, and delivered mail.

VIII. Supporting Documentation

I am prepared to provide additional supporting materials, including screenshots, call logs, device records, mail records, and related documentation, in support of this complaint. Among other things, I can provide a screenshot reflecting the March 19, 2026 call-log sequence described above.

IX. Request for Written Confirmation

I respectfully request that this complaint be treated with urgency, seriousness, and appropriate confidentiality due to the potential implications for my privacy, safety, housing conditions, civil rights, and legal interests.

Please place this complaint in the appropriate formal record, preserve relevant evidence, and confirm receipt of this complaint in writing.
