 ******* **********,
Reported Concern: Suspected unauthorized access, suspected intellectual properties compromise, and alleged public verbal statements concerning privately owned web applications, brands, software projects, and music/intellectual property assets.

I. Purpose of This Report

I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, am preparing this incident report to formally document serious concerns regarding the possible unauthorized access, copying, disclosure, discussion, or attempted misappropriation of my privately developed intellectual properties, including but not limited to AccouNetrics, iVoteBallot, VaultInbox, and Quantaudio Studio.

At this time, I cannot legally prove that my intellectual properties has been stolen, transferred, copied, sold, assigned, converted, or otherwise misappropriated. However, I am documenting the suspicious circumstances, alleged verbal statements, and my concerns regarding possible compromise of my Apple Mac Mini M1 computer system and related digital work environment.

This report is written to preserve the facts as I understand them, to create a contemporaneous record, and to request appropriate review, investigation, preservation of evidence, and protective action where necessary.

II. Intellectual Properties and Business Assets Involved

The intellectual properties and business-related assets of concern include, but are not limited to:

  1. AccouNetrics
A web application and business concept involving accounting-related technology, secure user account flows, authentication, audit/security logging, database design, and related software development work.
  2. iVoteBallot
A web application involving voting-related or civic-related software design, including Express/MVC architecture, database work, authentication, and user-interface development.
  3. VaultInbox / VaultInbox.Cloud
A secure certified digital delivery platform involving user authentication, business partner workflows, employee portal development, audit-grade evidence records, payment/billing design, delivery tracking, and compliance-oriented application architecture.
  4. Quantaudio Studio
A music/audio brand and studio concept involving original music, branding, audio files, platform uploads, logos, public-facing presentation materials, and related intellectual properties rights.

These projects include combinations of source code, database schemas, application routes, EJS views, security logic, brand concepts, business plans, domain-related assets, music/audio files, written descriptions, visual branding, and other original materials created or developed by me.

I have not knowingly signed any legal document, contract, transfer agreement, foundation assignment, license agreement, release, consent form, or written authorization transferring ownership or control of these projects to any tenant, apartment resident, neighbor, third party, foundation, company, group, or individual.

III. Person Referenced in This Report

The person of concern is an individual who allegedly goes by the first name Larry and who I understand may live in Building One of the apartment complex 24** **th ***. *. Apt. **5, *****, ***** ****** *****.

I do not personally know Larry. I am not an acquaintance of Larry. I have not had any voluntary personal, business, contractual, or professional relationship with Larry. I have not spoken with Larry in any manner that would authorize him to discuss, claim, transfer, organize, represent, or otherwise interfere with my intellectual properties, business assets, web applications, music projects, or company-related materials.

Because I do not know this individual and cannot confirm his full legal identity, I refer to him in this report only as “the individual allegedly known as Larry.”

IV. Summary of Incident

On or about May 13, 2026, I became concerned after hearing or becoming aware of alleged shouting comments from a patio area by an individual allegedly known as Larry. The comments appeared to relate to my privately developed projects, including AccouNetrics, iVoteBallot, VaultInbox, and Quantaudio Studio.

The substance of the alleged comments caused me concern because they appeared to reference the idea that I had voluntarily provided, donated, transferred, relinquished, or made available my companies or web application projects as some type of “foundation” or an outside entities. I strongly deny that I have ever voluntarily provided these projects to Larry, any tenant, or any person connected to the apartment complex or anywhere else. I also deny that I have signed any legal documentations giving Larry or any other tenant authority over my intellectual properties or company-related assets.

The alleged comments were especially concerning because they appeared to involve specific knowledge of my private web application projects, business concepts, or music-related intellectual properties. Because these projects are developed through my private work environment, including my Apple Mac Mini M1 and related accounts, the comments raised a serious concern that my computer system, online accounts, files, audio projects, development folders, cloud accounts, browser sessions, or network environment credentials may have been compromised.

I am not stating as proven fact that Larry or any other specific individual accessed my computer, copied my files, or stole my intellectual properties. However, based on the alleged statements and the surrounding circumstances, I am concerned that my intellectual properties may have been viewed, discussed, copied, downloaded, disclosed, or misrepresented without my legal written consent or authorization.

V. Statement of Non-Consent and Non-Authorization

I expressly state the following:

  1. I have not donated AccouNetrics, iVoteBallot, VaultInbox, or Quantaudio Studio to Larry or to any tenant.
  2. I have not assigned these projects to any foundation.
  3. I have not transferred ownership of these projects to any apartment resident, neighbor, tenant, third party, company, or organization.
  4. I have not signed a written intellectual properties transfer agreement concerning these projects.
  5. I have not authorized any person to access my Apple Mac Mini M1, development files, source code, private documents, music files, brand materials, or project accounts.
  6. I have not authorized anyone to speak publicly on my behalf regarding the ownership, control, transfer, or foundation status of my businesses or software projects.
  7. I have not authorized any tenant to represent that my privately developed work belongs to them, to a foundation, or to any outside person or group.

Any statement suggesting that I voluntarily gave away, transferred, assigned, donated, or relinquished my ownership rights in these projects is false unless supported by a valid written agreement signed by me.

VI. Suspected Digital Compromise Concerns

I am also documenting my concern that my Apple Mac Mini M1 may have been compromised or accessed without authorization. This concern is based on the alleged comments about my projects, my private development work, and the possibility that someone may have obtained information from my computer, accounts, network environment, cloud services, audio files, or development directories.

The suspected compromise may involve one or more of the following areas, though I do not yet have confirmed forensic proof:

  • Unauthorized review of private project files.
  • Unauthorized access to source code, project folders, or development notes.
  • Unauthorized access to music/audio files associated with Quantaudio Studio.
  • Unauthorized monitoring of work performed on my Mac Mini M1.
  • Unauthorized copying or downloading of files.
  • Unauthorized discussion of confidential business concepts.
  • Misrepresentation that my business projects were transferred, donated, or assigned.
  • Potential misuse of private intellectual properties or brand materials.

I request that any reviewing party treat this matter as a serious intellectual properties and cybersecurity concern requiring evidence preservation and careful review.

VII. Impact on Me and My Work

The alleged conduct and suspicious circumstances have caused me significant distress and concern regarding the safety, privacy, and ownership of my intellectual properties. These projects represent years of personal work, technical learning, business development, software design, brand creation, and independent effort.

The alleged patio comments have caused me to fear that private business information may have been accessed or discussed without my consent. The situation has also interfered with my ability to peacefully continue developing my projects and to maintain confidence in the privacy of my work environment.

My concern is not merely about casual comments. My concern is that someone may be attempting to create the appearance that my privately owned projects are no longer mine, or that I somehow voluntarily provided them to another person or entity. I deny any such transfer or consent.

VIII. Evidence and Documentation to Preserve

I request that all relevant evidence be preserved, including but not limited to:

  1. Any Ring camera recordings, doorbell camera footage, hallway recordings, or security camera footage from the relevant date and time period.
  2. Any apartment complex surveillance footage from Building One, patios, walkways, parking areas, or common areas.
  3. Any recordings, notes, screenshots, or documentation showing statements made about AccouNetrics, iVoteBallot, VaultInbox, or Quantaudio Studio.
  4. Computer logs from my Apple Mac Mini M1, including login records, file access history, network activity, account sessions, and security notices.
  5. GitHub repository history, commit records, timestamps, local repository metadata, and source-code change records.
  6. Cloud account logs, email account logs, music platform upload/download records, and any unauthorized account-access notices.
  7. Domain registration records, hosting records, DNS records, music platform records, and other business-account evidence showing my ownership and development activity.
  8. Any witness statements from individuals who may have heard the alleged patio comments.
  9. Any written or digital communications falsely suggesting that I assigned, donated, released, transferred, or made available my projects to another person, tenant, foundation, or organization.

IX. Legal and Investigative Concerns

Based on the facts presently known to me, I am concerned about possible:

  • Unauthorized access to computer systems or accounts.
  • Unauthorized copying or disclosure of intellectual properties.
  • Misappropriation of trade names, software concepts, source code, music files, or business materials.
  • False statements concerning ownership or transfer of my companies or projects.
  • Interference with my business development and private property rights.
  • Harassment, intimidation, or public verbal conduct connected to private business assets.
  • Attempted creation of a false narrative that my companies or projects were transferred to a foundation without my written consent.

I am not making a final legal conclusion in this report. I am requesting that the matter be reviewed by the proper authority, legal professional, cybersecurity professional, or investigative entity.

X. Requested Action

I respectfully request the following:

  1. That this report be accepted as a formal written record of my concerns.
  2. That any relevant video, audio, digital, network, property-management, or account-access evidence be preserved.
  3. That no person be permitted to falsely claim ownership, control, assignment, donation, or transfer of AccouNetrics, iVoteBallot, VaultInbox, or Quantaudio Studio without a valid written agreement signed by me.
  4. That any alleged statements by Larry or any other tenant regarding my companies, web applications, music assets, or intellectual properties be documented and reviewed.
  5. That any suspected unauthorized access to my Apple Mac Mini M1, files, software projects, or online accounts be treated as a serious cybersecurity and intellectual property concern.
  6. That I be allowed to continue my lawful work without harassment, intimidation, unauthorized surveillance, unauthorized access, or false claims regarding my intellectual properties.
  7. That any further incidents involving statements about my companies, projects, computer system, music files, or intellectual properties be documented immediately.

XI. Closing Statement

I created and developed AccouNetrics, iVoteBallot, VaultInbox, and Quantaudio Studio through my own work, planning, technical development, branding, and business effort. I have not knowingly given these projects away, transferred them, donated them to any foundation, or assigned them to any tenant or third party.

I am documenting this matter because the alleged statements concerning my companies and intellectual properties were alarming and appeared to suggest unauthorized knowledge, unauthorized discussion, or possible misrepresentation of my ownership rights. I cannot yet prove that a theft or unauthorized transfer occurred, but I believe the facts are serious enough to require documentation, evidence preservation, and further review.

I reserve all rights concerning my intellectual properties, software projects, business names, music/audio files, brand materials, source code, written works, and related assets.

Respectfully submitted,
Sarai Hannah Ajai

Please review my Wyze surveillance camera of Larry’s van vehicle, he thinks he own me like a slave and I am suspicious he is profiteering off my identity.
