I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, submit this incident-report addendum to document the unauthorized configuration changes, digital access concerns, and continuing housing-related harm connected to my Quantaudio Studio Radio broadcast setup. This addendum is based on my personal observations, my screenshots, my prior setup work, and my good-faith belief that my digital environment has been accessed, altered, or interfered with without my legal authorization, without my consent, without notice to me, and without any search warrant, court order, service authorization, or lawful written permission known to me.

On or about June 13, 2026, I worked to configure Quantaudio Studio Radio for live radio broadcasting through Zeno.fm using OBS Studio, BlackHole 2ch, and BUTT Encoder. The working technical route was established as follows: OBS audio was routed into BlackHole 2ch, BlackHole 2ch was selected as the audio input source inside BUTT Encoder, and BUTT Encoder was configured to connect to Zeno.fm using the station’s Icecast broadcast settings. The intended and working broadcast path was:

OBS audio → BlackHole 2ch → BUTT Encoder → Zeno.fm → Quantaudio Studio Radio public player.

During that setup session, the Zeno.fm dashboard eventually confirmed the station as “ON AIR” after refreshing the Zeno Tools webpage. The configuration therefore appeared to be successfully established and verified at that time. The working configuration included the use of BlackHole 2ch as the audio routing device, BUTT Encoder as the Icecast encoder, and the Quantaudio Studio Zeno station profile as the live broadcast server configuration.

On June 20, 2026 at approximately 11:30 PM, I reviewed the OBS Studio, macOS Sound, and BUTT Encoder settings and observed that the configuration no longer matched the prior working setup. I documented this condition through screenshots. The screenshots show, among other things, that OBS still displayed BlackHole 2ch as the Monitoring Device, but BUTT Encoder no longer appeared to retain the previously confirmed Quantaudio Studio Zeno server profile in the expected working state. The BUTT Encoder Server tab appeared blank or unconfigured, and the BUTT Encoder Audio tab showed the Primary Audio Device as “0: Default PCM device” rather than BlackHole 2ch. This deviation materially changed the broadcast route and prevented the previously confirmed OBS → BlackHole 2ch → BUTT Encoder → Zeno.fm live radio path from remaining intact.

I did not knowingly authorize any person to alter, erase, reset, modify, disconnect, disable, or reconfigure my Quantaudio Studio Radio broadcast setup. I did not provide legal consent for any person to access my Mac Mini, OBS Studio profile, BUTT Encoder profile, Zeno.fm broadcast settings, BlackHole 2ch audio route, browser accounts, Apple device ecosystem, or related audio-production configuration. I was not served with a search warrant, administrative order, court order, subpoena, technical service notice, or any other lawful written authority that would permit access to my private devices, account settings, software profiles, or broadcast configuration. To the extent any person accessed or modified those systems without permission, I regard that misconduct as unauthorized access, unauthorized interference with my private digital property, and an unlawful disruption of my creative, business, and communications activity.

The facts I can currently document are the changed configuration states, the screenshots taken on June 20, 2026, the prior working setup from the June 13, 2026 session, and the resulting interruption to my ability to operate Quantaudio Studio Radio as intended. The screenshots do not independently identify the person or persons responsible for the changes. However, they do preserve the altered configuration state and support my report that the setup no longer matched the prior confirmed working configuration.

This incident is not isolated from the broader pattern of misconduct I have previously reported. I believe the unauthorized alteration of my technology, broadcasting setup, and digital systems is part of a continuing pattern of targeted interference, mob action, intimidation, harassment, and sex-based hostility affecting my housing security, personal safety, civil rights, and economic stability. I believe this misconduct is connected to a broader campaign of harassment and discrimination against me as a woman, as a tenant asserting protected housing rights, and as a person attempting to maintain independent economic, digital, and expressive activity while living in FHA-covered housing.

The impact is mentally exhausting. I am forced to repeatedly inspect settings, preserve screenshots, reconstruct technical configurations, verify account access, and confirm whether my own devices and services remain under my control. This constant need to check and re-check basic systems interferes with normal rest, concentration, health management, and daily functioning. It also causes significant emotional strain because the technology I rely on for work, creative development, public communication, and documentation cannot be treated as stable or trustworthy when settings appear changed without my legal consent.

The incident is also economically harmful. Quantaudio Studio Radio is not merely a personal hobby; it is part of my broader effort to rebuild economic independence, develop a lawful creative brand, distribute music, operate a radio station, and create a public-facing platform. When broadcast software, audio-routing tools, passwords, account settings, or device configurations appear altered without my authorization, I lose productive work time, monetization opportunities, creative momentum, and professional credibility. I also incur the practical cost of troubleshooting, reconfiguration, documentation, lost sleep, delayed publishing, interrupted testing, and repeated technical recovery.

This burden is economically disproportionate affects me daily because I do not have a large technical staff, paid engineering team, outside production department, or corporate IT department to repair these disruptions for me. I must personally diagnose the configuration changes, preserve evidence, recreate the setup, protect my accounts, manage my housing-related safety concerns, and continue trying to operate my projects under stressful conditions. Each unauthorized configuration change or suspected digital interference imposes a direct cost on my time, health, and ability to generate income.

The conduct also affects my FHA housing rights because the alleged harassment, intimidation, and interference do not occur in a vacuum. I am reporting that the technology disruption is connected to a hostile housing environment, mob action, and hate-crime-related conduct intended to intimidate, burden, isolate, and economically destabilize me. In my view, the repeated interference with my devices, accounts, online platforms, and business tools functions as a form of coercive pressure that affects my ability to safely enjoy my housing, maintain privacy in my home, communicate freely, preserve evidence, and pursue lawful economic activity.

I specifically object to any unauthorized access to my devices, accounts, private settings, audio systems, broadcast credentials, Zeno.fm station configuration, OBS Studio profile, BUTT Encoder profile, Apple device ecosystem, iCloud-connected systems, or internet-connected hardware. I further object to any attempt by private individuals, tenants, neighbors, unauthorized third parties, or persons acting in concert to interfere with my digital property, housing rights, economic activity, or personal security.

If any person claims that they had authority to access or modify my systems, I request that they produce the lawful basis for that access, including any written consent, court order, search warrant, service authorization, investigative authority, or other legal document authorizing entry into my private digital environment. As of this report, I am unaware of any such authorization.

The documented technical deviations include, but are not limited to:

1. The previously working Quantaudio Studio Zeno server profile in BUTT Encoder no longer appearing in the expected working configuration.
2. The BUTT Encoder Server tab appearing blank or no longer retaining the expected active Zeno server settings.
3. The BUTT Encoder Audio tab showing “0: Default PCM device” instead of BlackHole 2ch as the Primary Audio Device.
4. The broadcast route being disrupted from the known working path of OBS → BlackHole 2ch → BUTT Encoder → Zeno.fm.
5. The need to re-check macOS Sound Output, macOS Sound Input, OBS Monitoring Device, OBS Advanced Audio Properties, BUTT Audio Settings, and BUTT Server Settings.
6. The need to preserve additional screenshots because the current settings no longer matched the prior verified setup.

The harm caused by this incident includes:

1. Loss of productive work time.
2. Loss of trust in the stability of my broadcast tools.
3. Delay in Quantaudio Studio Radio development.
4. Added stress and sleep disruption.
5. Increased emotional and mental fatigue.
6. Additional burden of evidence preservation.
7. Additional burden of technical recovery.
8. Interference with creative and business development.
9. Economic harm from delayed monetization and interrupted work.
10. Heightened concern that my housing environment, digital environment, and personal safety are being subjected to coordinated interference.

This incident should be reviewed as part of a broader pattern of alleged unauthorized access, digital interference, harassment, mob action, discriminatory intimidation, sex-based hostility, and interference with my protected FHA housing rights. I request that this report be preserved with the June 20, 2026 screenshots as supporting documentation of the altered state observed after the June 13, 2026 Quantaudio Studio Radio setup.

I reserve the right to supplement this report with additional screenshots, system logs, device records, account-security records, Zeno.fm records, OBS Studio configuration records, BUTT Encoder configuration records, Apple/iCloud security records, internet-router records, and any future evidence showing unauthorized access, interference, retaliation, discriminatory conduct, or coordinated harassment affecting my housing rights, digital property, and economic activity.
