Sarai Hannah Ajai's Tenants-Related Electronic Harassment and Unauthorized Devices
To Whom It May Concern:
Subject: Legal Complaint – Tenant-Related Electronic Harassment and Unauthorized Devices Access
1. Complainant Information:
Name: Sarai Hannah Ajai
Date of Incident: May 22, 2025
Time: Approximately 8:15 AM
2. Nature of the Complaint:
I, Sarai Hannah Ajai, submit this formal legal complaint to document serious concerns regarding unauthorized access to and control over my personal electronic devices—specifically, my Apple iPhone 11.
On May 22, 2025, at approximately 8:15 AM, I attempted to change the login credentials (password and PIN) for my Verizon account via the official mobile application on my iPhone. I was met with the following error message:
“Error, Access denied. You are not device authenticated.”
This notification suggests that my account has been compromised by an unknown third party who has unlawfully assumed control of my Verizon account, violating my right to secure and private use of personal telecommunications equipment. This denial of access implies unauthorized remote activity consistent with computer intrusion and a systemic deprivation of property rights under color of law.
Additionally, tenants residing in the same building, specifically female individuals in Apartment Unit 206 have made statements suggesting that my personal phone number is a "state government number," despite having never provided my cellular number to any tenants. These claims appear to form part of a broader effort to rationalize or justify illegal surveillance, interference, and manipulation of my device as if it were public property or under some form of eminent domain for public use.
I have never granted these individuals consent to access or interact with my Apple iPhone 11 device and any other devices, nor to associate my personal identity or Apple iPhone 11 with any state-sponsored telecommunications arrangement. Their actions, if validated, constitute a gross violations of my Fourth Amendment right against unlawful searches and seizures, as well as federal statutes prohibiting unauthorized access to digital systems.
3. Applicable Federal Statutes and Constitutional Rights
• Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution: Protects against unlawful searches and seizures, requiring probable cause and judicial authorization (warrant) for access to personal property.
• 18 U.S. Code § 1030 – Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA): Prohibits intentional unauthorized access to computers or networks, including the use of credentials or software to gain control over a user’s system or application accounts. Violation of this statute may result in criminal and civil penalties.
• 42 U.S. Code § 1983 – Civil Action for Deprivation of Rights: Provides remedy when any person acting under the color of law deprives an individual of rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
• 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy Against Rights: Criminalizes any conspiracy to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or U.S. law.
• 18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law: Criminalizes willful deprivation of rights under color of any law, statute, or ordinance.
4. Relief Requested
I respectfully request that the appropriate legal or investigative body review this matter, initiate an inquiry into the unlawful surveillance and interference with my personal devices, and take immediate steps to protect my constitutional rights.
